A smile played on her lips
He gazed and desired to kiss that little beauty spot above her lip that he'd always failed to notice

And how she'd always frown
Lost in her deranged thoughts
Which always ended in a tsunami
But he never tried to save her and let her drown

His heart swelled with pride
As he took a look again at his wife
The woman who brought him out of his darkness where he always wanted to reside

But now his world fell apart, as he saw
Her succumbing to the darkness
He secured her in the safe embrace of his arms wrapping them around her like a harness.
