They lived in pretence
Carrying an aura,always tense
Lost in the steely thoughts of ever finding the one true love

A love which was only theirs
To keep them safe and hidden from the
Prying eyes which always stares

Tangled in her curls,and
Caged in his arms
Making passionate love
Till no one remembers
What was the fight for

Leaving the room
In utter madness, screaming
But snuggling together
When the sun goes down

Being Iris to his pain
Just selfless love and
Nothing to gain but his heart
Marking as hers
As he imprinted his on hers
Till they see each other
Next time, on the judgment day.
