His rough hands on her skin sent chills down her spine
As he ripped her clothes off her body
She knew as she dared to look into his eyes ,
Another beating was in line tonight .

The tremors of fears had her jolted awake from the nightmare she had before she could see the morning light

Silent sobs left her mouth as her eyes fell on the blood soaked sheets ,
Biting her tongue she moved to tend to her open wounds , she felt his eyes on her which wanted her to crawl back under the covers and hide

Her body stilled and she trembled in fear
A whimper escaped her lips as soon as she felt his fingers on her face , wiping away the tears he cupped her cheek as his thumb played with her trembling lip which was bleeding from the bite

Wrapping his arms around her he picked her up from the bed
Ever so gently he put her Down in the tub
Soaking her body in the warm water  he sat next to her and bathe her
trying to wash away her fears with all his might .
