Chapter 16: Hawaii

Talked

Drank

Slept

Moved

Nothing 

I just sit in the bed not moving. Josh left the hospital the next after Ocean passed away. I didn't know what would happen to me. He sent Micheal to get me and bring me back to the house. Micheal and Hailey cried for me as did Lizzy. I've never since Micheal cry so it was weird. I thought I would go back home since this whole thing happened but, Josh ordered for me to come here.  I haven't seen Josh yet. I feel weird being in this room...I just stare at the floor where the whole thing happened. I cried the first couple the days but, after that, I just couldn't cry. I couldn't think to cry. Josh left last week to go back home. Where? I don't know. I feel like I should leave. I can't stay here...my job is over. I need to take the money I have and take care of Lizzy and my parents...go back to my life somehow.  Jackie called millions of times after Lizzy told her what happened. I wanted to answer, I needed to answer but, I just couldn't. 

Knock Knock 

The door opens and in walks Lizzy and Hailey. 

"Morning" Hailey smiles opening the curtains

I don't move or talk

"Noel, you need to talk"Lizzy demanded

Lizzy and Hailey walk over to and sit on the bed

"You need to eat!"Lizzy cried

"And shower"Hailey mumbled

I close my eyes, trying to leave this place

"I called mom"Lizzy throws out

My shot open

"I told them everything...They want us to come home"Lizzy stated

Anger filled me...the next thing I know I'm on top of my sister smacking her

"GET OFF!""NOEL!" They scream

"YOU HAD NO RIGHT BRINGING THEM INTO THIS!"I scream getting off her

"I HAD TO! YOU WOULDN'T TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!"She yelled back

"SO WHAT! MY BABY JUST DIED! I KILLED JOSH'S CHILD! I DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE!"I scream back

"It wasn't your fault Noel" Hailey explains

"Get out!"

"Noel-"

"GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!" I cry

Lizzy runs out crying 

"I booked the tickets. I'm coming with you guys. Micheal left with Josh, so I can come with you" Hailey begins

I don't say anything

Deep down I wanted to go home

"We leave in two hours" Hailey states following Lizzy actions and leaving the room

I finally shower for what seems like forever before getting into sweats and an oversized shirt. I put my hair in a bun and walk out of my room grabbing my bags and sunglasses hiding my dark circles. I hear voices but, I don't clue into them. I get down the stairs and see Jackie. Everyone looks over at me and Jackie notices their movement. She turns and looks at me before running to me crying. She hugs me tight. I feel a kick and I pull away.
