Chapter 16: Weddings, Dances and Hunter (part 2)
2 o'clock, monday morning and Delphine has gone crazy! I guess what they say is true - brides do turn into Bridzilla on their wedding day.
Hunter and I are both standing in the beautiful hall waiting for bridezilla's next instruction. Delphine had told us that we could bring a plus one so I decided I should bring Nathan as my plus one he was going to be here around 3pm.
No one was dressed yet. But we all had our make up and hair done, well the girls did. This was the last run over before everyone having to change.
"So I want all the girls on the left and all the guys on the right and stay behind me at all times do not step on my dress either. I mean it if you mess this up for me you can say goodbye to your life" Delphine said threateningly whilst still managing to sound calm.
Hunter turned to me and whispered,
"I'm starting to regret saying yes to coming here"
"And now I want you to practice the dance I told you" Delphine spoke loudly.
Everyone moved to their dancing positions and so did Hunter and I.
The song began
The dance was fairly simple it starts off with all the girls on one side and all the guys in front of their female partner. Then the guy slowly moves towards the girl and holds her waist and they do a few steps forwards and a few backwards and then some spins and then one after the other, the guys dips the girl. It was basic ballroom dancing. But without all the fancy stuff.
The real dancing was being done by the bride and groom, we were just background dancers. Practically props.
"And you were going to do this with Tyler?" Hunter questioned raising his eyebrows. I could sense the teasing in his voice so I shrugged it off. I didn't even correct him when he called Taylor, Tyler.
"Well you did say no yourself."
We hadn't even realised that everyone had moved away and started to pack until Delphine began coughing. I was still in Hunters arms whilst he held me dipping me down.
"Oh uh- sorry." Hunter slowly bought me back and let me go.
I nervously walked over to my bag and made my way to the girls changing rooms before I left I could see Delphine slightly smiling and Hunter just casually checking the time before making his own way to the guys changing rooms.

So the brides maids dress turned out pretty nice. It was a purple lace dress, the sleeves came down to my elbows and the dress itself was floor length. It contrasted the bride and grooms attire.
It is now time for the wedding to start and the guests started coming in
When the time was right for the bridesmades' to make their entrance with their partners us girls stepped out and met with the guys.
Hunter came out first and he looked so different in a tux. He was really handsome. Everything we had picked out looked perfect on him and he strolled out just like they did in movies. With his blazer slung across his shoulder. Looking... Epically, romantically and undoubtedly handsome.
I knew some girls were checking him out too.
Shane, the groom, and Delphine both began cascading down the steps confidently. I didn't even know how! She has bloody nine inch heels on!
That's just epic.
Hunter walked towards me as he put on his blazer and held his hand out for me to hold.
