I woke up to the sun shining bright through the window I groaned "I don't think I can move..." I heard Justin say from underneath me I sat up slowly "Oh wow maybe that wasn't such a great idea." I groaned rubbing my neck Justin sat up stretching his arms "Oh fuck..." He groaned I nodded in agreement.

"So what are you thinking for dad's wedding do you want to bring the kids? Or leave them with Sam?" He questioned I shrugged "I don't know there will be other kids there and Addy is well behaved I think she'd be fine." I replied he nodded "Yeah you know so far we've done pretty well raising her." He said I laid my head on his shoulder "Yeah we haven't done too bad for kids who no one believed could make our relationship work let alone raise a child." I replied he kissed the top of my head. "so what's the plan for today?" I asked "Chelsey wanted to go shopping if you want to go with her I'll chill with dad." Justin said lifting his legs up and resting them on the coffee table "Okay sounds good to me." I said "I'll go get ready I guess." I said standing up "Babe wait!" He said I stopped and turned to face him he grabbed my hand and pulled me down onto his lap as he smiled. He kissed me "I love you." He said I smiled "I love you too!" I replied "When we both get back tonight let's get in the hot tub." He said "That sounds perfect." I replied

Justin's phone began ringing he grabbed it "It's Selena." He said "Okay I'll let you talk I'm gonna get a shower." I said I stood up from his lap he smacked my butt "That was unnecessary..." I said giggling he laughed then he answered his phone I walked down the hallway and into the bedroom I sat on the floor and dug through my suitcase for an outfit for the day "Yeah that will work I'll be back in a couple days." I heard Justin say I started to roll my eyes then stopped myself If you let yourself get upset by the situation it's going to cause an argument and you know you don't want that, part of accepting their friendship or whatever fake relationship they want to portray to the media is not letting it get to you... I thought to myself nodded in reassurance. I walked into the bathroom and showered then I got dressed.

Once I was finished I walked out of the bedroom and into the living room Justin was already dressed "You look nice." He said as he noticed me walking into the room "Thank you!" I said "You look pretty good too." I replied "Want some food?" He asked I nodded He put some eggs and bacon on a plate and handed it to me "Thank babe." I said I sat down next to him and began eating we sat in silence as we ate.

When we were finished he cleaned our plates "Hey." I said to him "Huh?" He hummed "I love you!" I said "I love you too." He replied "No I like really really love you." I said he turned to face me "No... I like really really love you!" His words mimicking mine he walked over to me I wrapped my arms around his neck I kissed him "So I love that you love me but does this have anything to do with Selena calling?" He asked "Oh... No I forgot she called..." I said definitely lying "You would totally lose at poker..." He said I giggled "You have nothing to worry about no matter what you see online or in tabloids you know what is real and it's you and I and our family. There is going to be a lot of things said about her and I just try to remember that it's you and I that matter." He said I nodded "I know but it's so hard when I see you guys together and then read tabloids of things her mom says about you... and others about how great things are going for you guys..." I said "I know baby but this is what you signed up for..." He replied "Yeah back when I thought things were innocent this was way before she literally snatched you away from me and I was alone for months wondering what I did wrong and why she was better than I was..." I said "Aaliyah please don't do this, things are so much different than they are now I am so much different..." He said "I know but I don't want you to fall for her again you've already said you still love her and always will I just don't want that love to turn into something stronger than what we have..."
