I peeked into the guest room and was greeted by a sleeping Teyana. She is usually up and ready for our jogs.

"Teyana you not coming with me today?"

"Nah Yardee is my jogging partner now and I have to wait for him so we can go together. Sorry hun."

I know she pretends to not like the arrangement but she does.

I grabbed my water bottle and walked out of my house I set down the bottle and stretched in our drive way. When I was done I took off jogging and here comes Rakim jogging alongside me.

I rolled my eyes speeding up my pace.

"I know you're sorry Rakim. Your constant text made it pretty clear."

He caught up to me and smiled at me. I hate the fact that I hate and love seeing him.

"I know you jog at exactly 5:45 every morning, I watch you sometimes from my window. You like the sunrise, you like to give the new day a photo shoot everyday. You're a early riser so you figured why not make a jog out of it. That's all I know Harlem you should tell me a little more so I could really get to know you."
