MGD 9 — Yes or No

"No." he said with authority. Literal na napatingin at nadivert ang atensyon ko sa kapatid ko, "He couldn't enter this house." I breathe in and breathe out. Napunta ang atensyon ko kay Stefan na kasalukuyang nakapamulsa ang nakamasid lang kay Tristan.

I couldn't see how he feels, hindi ko mabasa ang tumatakbo sa utak ng batang 'to, his expression was so vague. He seem so mysterious behind those cute and gorgeous face.

He shrugged, "Why you couldn't allow him to enter this house? Could you give me five good reasons and explain why?" I almost gasped on what I've heard. This kiddo was so straight to the point, he seem so serious and have this guts na once na magsalita ng mali si Tristan ay kaya n'yang sagutin ito.

Lumingon s'ya muli kay Stefan sa huling pagkakataon, "Don't dare to ask questions, kid. You don't know anything.." but before he could walk ay napahawak na si Stefan sa t-shirt nito.

"You didn't enlighten me, Twistan. I said give me five and you only gave one. Where's the other four reasons?" deep inside ay alam ko ang nararamdaman ni Tristan, ayaw n'yang makipagdiskusyon sa bata kaya ninanais n'ya na lumayo na lang at hindi na sagutin ang katanungan ni Stefan.

"It is not my obligation to answer your f-cking questions, kid. Go ask your brother why." that moment, everything flash on my memories. I heard foosteps, that made Tristan disappear.

"Can you explain why?" napanganga na lang ako sa tanong ng batang 'to. He didn't know anything, he didn't know na ang kuya n'ya ang dahilan kung bakit namatay ang mom namin.

Those brown pair of eyes is asking me, hindi ko naman pwedeng sabihin sa kan'ya kung bakit ayaw ni Tristan. Kaya kahit labag sa loob ko ay mas gugustuhin ko na lang na i-divert ang atensyon ng bata sa iba.

Yes, para s'yang matanda kung makapagsalita but he was too innocent to know the truth.

This is not the right time to spill the truth, this isn't the right time to let him know about this, this is not definitely the right time.

I shook my head, "Lets forget it.Stop asking questions, Teptep. Tristan made a decision. So I'll go grab a cookies okay? Wai—" he cut me off.
