Sierra POV

I woke up the next morning on top of my bed wearing the same clothes I was wearing yesterday.

They say we're too young now to amount to anything else

We work too damn hard for this just to give it up now

I fumbled around for my phone for a minute or 2 before I answered my phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey sweetheart. I was just calling to tell you that your mom and I both went to work and we won't be back until about 8 o'clock. I left some money on the counter in case you want to order pizza or something. Okay?"

"Ok thanks. I'll see you later then."

"Ok I love you."

"Love you too dad."

If you're wondering why my ringtone is a song by my dad and his band, me, Zach and Daniel all set our ringtones for all our dads as songs by them. We don't really know why. I guess it's to represent them being in a band together. Plus, we know that it's them calling.

After I hung up the call with my dad, I checked the time on my phone.

10:30 am. It read.

After like 5 minutes of debating in my head, I finally decided to get up and make myself breakfast.

When I got downstairs, I grabbed the bread and put 2 pieces in the toaster. While I waited, I took the Vegemite out of the cabinet. I swear I am like addicted to Vegemite well my whole family does.

I jumped at the sound of the toast popping out of the toaster. I put the toast on a plate and spread a heavy layer of vegemite on it. After I finished eating, I realized how quiet it was so I plugged my phone into the ipod dock and played some music.
