Lindsey's POV

After the kitchen was spotless, there was a battle for the bathroom. They had to leave because they have a concert tonight. They told us they would be here to pick us up at 4pm, not really leaving us any choice.

After a few episodes of Teen Wolf and serious fangirling Steph pulled me out of the series.

"I think I'm gonna go visit, you know." She said quietly looking down at her lap, as I was laying on the other side of the couch. I clutched the pillow I was holding tighter at her words. We don't really speak of this, but it didn't stop my heart from shattering.

"Okay." I said, almost in a whisper. I tried to keep my focus on the TV, but my eyes dropped to the ground as I submerged in my memories. From the corner of my eye, I could see her nod as she stood up silently and left. A warm tear rolled down my cheek. Before anymore had a chance to fall, My phone started to ring next to me. My eyes traveled to the screen, and I saw that it was Ashton. I quickly wiped away the tear, took a deep breath to hide the fact that I was crying. Even though he couldn't see me.

I swiped to answer and pressed the phone to my ear.

"Hello." I said trying to sound as cheerful as I could. I had become a pro at convincing people I'm fine. Even when I wasn't.

"Hi," his voice piped through the phone, "What are you guys doing?" he asked, and I wonder if he actually had a valid reason to call so soon.

"Um, Teen Wolf marathon." I answered, my eyes flickered back to the TV. I had lost track on what just happened.

"Cool," he said. His tone changed a bit, but I couldn't say exactly why, "Just sitting there watching a bunch of shirtless guys running around, Cool." he added, I couldn't help but laugh. Not even caring how hard I sounded through the phone.

"It's not much different from what the fans do to you all day." I replied smugly.

"Oh yea, you would know all about that." he countered, I didn't answer. I was trying to come up with a good comeback, but it was true. I sat there with my mouth a bit open, not knowing what to say.

"So you have sat around watching me shirtless." He added, I could hear his smirk.

"Oh get over yourself," I said trying to sound serious, "You were all shirtless," I mumbled defensively, "Not my fault." I added.

"But you're still an expert in that field." he continued to push my buttons.

"Well at least your not Calum," I said a little irritated, "That boy has been naked so many times, I think I've seen his ass more than I've seen my own." I finished holding back a chuckle. I heard him laugh on the other end.

"You?! what about me?" he asked as his laugh got louder causing me to giggle.

"At least you get to see it in real life." I argued back.

"It's not much of a pretty sight." he replied, suddenly sounding serious.

"Maybe not to you." I teased a little. I heard him sigh on the other end, "You okay?" I questioning his lack of response.

"Yea, It's just that I-" I heard his name being called in the background cutting him off.

"Oh sh-, I have to go." He said hastily.

"Okay, bye." I said as my eyes made their way back to the TV. The call ended leaving me alone with the marathon, which I have lost all understanding of what was happening.

After a few hours I went upstairs to my bedroom and continued watching the marathon. I sat on the edge of my bed and contemplated if I should start getting ready since I have some time so I wouldn't have to rush. Steph still wasn't back. I pulled out my phone and decided to text her instead of calling, not wanting to interrupt anything.
