Mine

The wedding ended peacefully para kay Neon at Lana. Pero hindi ko alam sa aming dalawa ni Lewis.

When he got here from the comfort room, I feel that he's not in the mood anymore. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang nangyari sa kanya. All I now ay galing sya sa comfort room at pagbalik nya wala na sya sa mood.

Did something happen?

His thick eyebrows are knitted together. Seryoso ang kanyang mga mata. His dark eyes are filled with anger. "Are you okay?" I asked him.

I look at him biting my lips waiting for him to look at me but he didn't. Seryoso lang syang nakatingin sa kawalan. Nanatili lang akong nakatingin sa kanya pinapanuod ang madilim na ekspresyon ng mukha nya.

"Yeh."He replied and simply nod. He said that he is okay but his body and action say the other way around. His body is so tense and his expression is dark. I never see his eyes with this kind of anger before. I really don't have a clue right now kung ano ang nangyari. I wonder if it has something to do with me?

Did I do something wrong?

Hinayaan ko na lang na tahimik si Lewis sa isang sulok. Maybe its because of his works, he might be really stressed. I wonder kung ano ang magagawa ko to make him feel better. I let out a sigh.

Nasa shore kami kung saaan magaganap ang simpleng reception. Naka-upo kami sa mga nakahandang bilugan na lamesa. There will be a small program to be held, according to Neon.

I listened quietly noong nagsalita na si Tita Isabelle, Neon's mother. Ipinahayag nya kung gaano sya kasaya para sa kanyang anak so as Tito Leon, Neon's father.

Lana' parents also gave their speech for their daughter's wedding. Napaiyak pa ang mga ito lalo na ang mommy ni Lana. Sabi nya hindi sya makapaniwala na ikakasal na ang anak nya, according to her Lana is a man hater before. At mas hindi daw sya makapinawala sa nalaman nya, ang pinakasalan ng anak nya na man hater ay dating playboy/ womanizier. She laughs hard while tears are rolling down her cheeks.

What a very heart melting speech it was. I'm sure my mother will be like her if I get married.

Napangiti ako sa naisip ko. The thought of me and Lewis getting married together made my imagination very wide. I can already imagined the both of us taking care of our children.

Hindi maalis ang ngiti sa namumula kong mukha.

Natapos magpahayag ng message ang mga malalapit na tao kina Neon at Lana. The usual wedding rituals started as the waiters serve the foods. Wala pa ring imik sa tabi ko si Lewis.

I hold Lewis' hand but he didn't move a bit. I'm getting furious dahil sa ikinikilos nya. Pero bago pa ako mafurious ng tuluyan naramdaman ko ang braso ni Lewis na umakbay sa akin. Kahit papaano, nakapante ako sa ginawa nya.

His warm arm embrace me. His fingers started to make small circles at the small of my back and shoulder.

I look at him but he still look serious. I sighed again.

After the wedding rituals nagsimula na ang kainan at may ilang guest na ang sumasayaw sa dancefloor. I want to dance with Lewis, but I think he's still not in the mood. Nalungkot ako nang maisip na matatapos ang gabing ito ng hindi kami sumasayaw. I want to dance with him, with this romantic occasion.

Yes, nakasayaw ko na sya, but this one is different. Hindi ito gaya ng mga nasa bar. This even is so solemn and the venue is too good to be true. An occasion like this at the sea shore and the cold of the breeze that is embracing as is s amazing and breath taking.
