Another Aftermath

That was certainly a trip to remember

All I can say is.........wow

It's currently the morning after, and I hadn't gotten a wink of sleep all night

My pupils are as big as saucers

I can't feel anymore, there's just nothing left to feel

Ecspecially since I felt so much last night

I will never forget this, never forget this....

Of course, now I'm exhausted and it's beginning to take it's toll on me

My body just is completely drained of all energy

I sit on a log by the dimly lit fire, blanket around me as I cuddled next to Andrew

A few of our friends were sleeping, but most were awake with us

The conversation slowly began dying down until eventually all was quiet at the ti-pee

Let me just say, we had sooo much fun last night

It was a shame our trips were over, with nothing left but a huge mess left to clean up

Oh well, it was all worth it

A con about acid was how fast time seemed to pass while you're on it, the hours speeding by like a nascar race

Why did it have to end, now I have to go home soon

Ah, home

Home equals bed

And bed equals sleep, delicious sleep

After helping clean up and packing up our stuff, Andrew and I walked hand in hand back to the main trail

"Okay, I have to ask. What'd you think?"

Just to tease him I remained silent for a moment, purposely putting on an indecisive face

"Did you not like it?" he asked, conern clear on his face

"When can we do it again?"

He smiled wide and wrapped his arms around me

"That's my girl!" he said while kissing my neck, sending shivers down my spine

I had the best night of sleep ever that night
