Chapter 1: Ashton♢

Today is going to be just like every other weekday. I will go to school. No one will notice me, or maybe they will. No one will speak to me then I will go home. I will add five or more cuts to my wrists. Then I will go back to sleep. Just like yesterday. Nothing ever changes when you're this pathetic.

I guess I should go to the bus stop.

When I get to the bus stop there is already seven or so other kids there. All of them already in there little groups. All but one. That one person is Calum Hood. He seems to be reading something on his phone. I only know who he is because I am always listening to others. People talk about him all the time. They call him "the nerd" because he only reads and writes.

He's a cute nerd. I thought all nerds were supposed to be covered in acne and have huge ugly glasses.

After about five more minutes the big yellow bus shows up. I sit in the seat I always sit in, ever since the first time I rode this bus as a freshman. The very first seat to the right.

It is a 15 minute drive to school from the bus stop so I pull my iPod out and listen to some music. Demi Lavoto's song Two Pieces comes on.

We dont know where to go, so I'll just get lost again

I watch out my window as I listen to about four more songs. Why must I listen to such sad music? This is not helping my morning mood. At all.
