Fourty-Three

We bought three large boxes of pizza, one for the guys, another for Danielle and Bryan then the third for us. We are in comfy clothes ready for bed with pizza as company and Moana playing on the TV.
"Want to talk about what happened in there with Vegás?" I ask Jason, he's been fairly quiet and in thought since we left the party
"Yeah, it's just a lot I have to think about" He says, I put my pizza down and scoot closer to him bringing his head down to my chest and I start to run my fingers through his hair massaging his scalp with my nails
"Talk and I'll listen" I say, he grabs my free hand placing a kiss on it then he sighs

                              Jason's POV

I sigh ready to tell Miley everything that went down in that meeting.

Rewind To The Meeting

"I'm down, but for now, Vegás. What's this all about?" I ask turning to face him
"I'm sure you've heard of the one they call Ghost" He starts, I'm instantly focused on his every word but play it cool by nodding and sipping some whiskey
"Yeah, he's never been seen but runs shit everywhere" I say, he nods
"Well, us three here are not only his business partners but friends" He says, I look at John then Vic and back at Vegás
"Okay, why am I here then?" I ask
"We think you'd work very well with him, Vegás has told him a lot about you since you two started working together and Ghost seems very interested" Vic says
"Obviously you won't meet him just yet, you have to win us two over since you already got through Vegás" John says
"What does that mean?" I ask
"You'll be working with us now too, you have to earn our trust and if you do then we'll set up a meeting with Ghost. You'll be making triple what you make now kid" Vic says, I'm very intrigued.

I'll be making money, so much more of it and will be able to get face to face with The Ghost. I'll be getting into so much shit though, these guys aren't people you should fuck with. I down the rest of my whiskey and nod
"Alright, we should meet up again to finalize how this will all work but for now I have to get back to my girl" I say, they nod as we all stand up
"I'll get in touch with you Jason, you'll work with me after you get done with Vegás" John says, I nod shaking his hand
"Alright, see you guys soon then" I say, then I walk out as they stay behind.

Back To Them In Bed

"I know working with these guys is digging myself a deeper hole, and then to betray them, that's me signing a death sentence" I tell Miley after telling her the story of what happened
"Fuck" Miley says, exactly the word I've been thinking to myself since I stepped out of that meeting, I sit up and face her
"Miley, I want this all to end but I don't know if I can turn this dude in. I'll have a bounty on my head forever from everyone that is loyal to him, you will be in even more danger. I can't turn him in to the Feds" I say

"I know, I understand where you're coming from babe but then what? What will we do?" She asks
"I don't want to raise a family with you in hiding, that's another thing. I don't want us to be looking over our shoulders everyday" I say, she takes my hands in hers
"I just want us to be together, to be happy, to be healthy and to raise a family together. I told you once and I will say it again, this is your life and I don't mind living in it. If you don't want to turn this guy in because of all the risk it will bring I understand but we need to do something to get the world off our backs" She says

I love this woman, she understands everything somehow and her love for me is so big, she'd do anything. My love for her is a little bigger, I don't want to loose her, I can't. She's my world, the mother of my unborn child. I can't turn in one of the most respected men in the business, that'll cause everyone to want to kill me. My brand will be hurt, I'll be seen as un loyal forever. Though if I don't turn this guy in, the Feds will be all up on my ass, I need to think of something that won't have us in hiding and won't cause everything my brother and I built to be damaged.

"Jason, are you okay?" Miley asks, I snap out of my head to look at her
"Yeah, I'm okay. Are you?" I ask, she smiles and kisses me softly
"Always am when you're by my side" She says, I smile and pull her close as we lay down. She pulls the pizza box closer to us and takes one out
"We'll be okay princess, I'll think of something" I say kissing the top of her head as her focus goes to the tv and her pizza
"I believe you, you always have something up your sleeve" She says, I chuckle then we both focus on the movie and enjoy our pizza.

A/N: Hey lovers ! I honestly have no idea where I'm going with this, I'm just going with the flow and honestly the flow seems to be leading to something really good.
