Ten

We just landed in New York, we'll be staying here until Jason's final trial day since he offered us a place, his place.

"Wow. This view is amazing!" Bryan says gaping as we enter where you we're living for a couple months
"Its Jasons, he let us stay here" I say
"Wow" Dani says looking around
"There are guest rooms that way, I'll be staying in his" I say
"Of course you are" She says, I roll my eyes at her smiling grabbing my things taking them to the room.

I sigh as I walk in then see a picture frame next to the bed, I grab it to see a picture of us. I smile, it's the one I gave him before he took me back to the palace, my early Christmas present to him. I place it back how it was then pull out my phone sending him a quick text

Me: Thanks for letting us stay here baby :) x
Jas: Whats mines is yours, I can't wait to share it all with you soon
Me: You're sounding like we're married or something lol
Jas: ...one day babe, one day

I look at those words, my eyes slightly widen as a smile forms on my lips. He said one day, he wants to marry me, he really does.

Me: I love you (:
Jas: I love you, come see me as soon as you can yeah?
Me: I promise
Jas: Good, now I have to go. I'll call soon, be safe
Me: Always am (;

I sigh then start unpacking and putting my stuff away, I take a shower and change into a cute white romper with brown heeled ankle boots. I walk out of the room to the living room to see Dani and Bryan watching tv
"Ou damn best friend looking hot" Dani says, I smile
"I thought maybe we could go to a restaurant to eat then a club?" I ask
"Sounds like a plan, I'll go get dressed" She says
"Count me in" Bryan says and they go to their rooms, I see Joe walk out of the elevator

"Going out?" He asks going into the kitchen, I follow nodding
"Yeah, restaurant then clubbing" I say, he nods drinking water
"Okay, I'll get some men together" He says, I smile
"Thanks Joe, for everything you do for me" I say, he smiles
"It's no big deal Miley, you know I do this because I want you safe. I want to do this" He says, I nod

"Still, I don't tell you enough. So thank you" I say then hug him, I could tell it shocked him a little but he hugged me back just as tight
"Everything's ok Miles?" He asks rubbing my back, I nod smiling
"Just fine" I say pulling away, he smiles
"Alright, I'll see you in a minute then" He says, I nod then he goes to the elevator and goes down. I sigh turning towards the view of the city, I walk forward towards the small thin table against the glass that has drinks on it. I notice a glass still has some, I'm guessing whiskey, I take the glass and pour myself some.

Music is thumping loudly, people are dancing, drinks everywhere and its so humid as hell in here. Dani leads us to the bar and orders 9 shots of vodka, 3 for each of us.
"Dani really?" I ask as the shots are placed in front of us
"Miles, live a little yeah? You need to unstress babes" She says over the loud music, I look at Bryan he shrugs with a smile on his face

"Drink up, I'll be taking care of you two, I'm not drinking after these" He says, then we grab a glass and down the three shots in seconds. I let out a cheer
"Three more!" I yell to the bartender,
he nods filling my glasses up Dani laughs
"Thats what I thought bitch!" She says getting three for her while Bryan just asks for water, we click glasses and drink up
"Wooo" I yell throwing my arms up then I drag Dani to dance, we move to the beat, I let myself relax and I don't think I just dance and it feels great
