Chapter 14

“I thought you said she is going to go shopping, Trix?” Bulong niya sa kapatid.

“She is, Kuya. We all are. Including you if you want to.” Sabi ni Trixie sa kanya habang hawak ang drink nito na kaka-serve lang sa kanilang lahat.

“Put that down. You are not old enough to drink liquor.” Saway niya sa kapatid.

“Are you kidding me? Kuya, you know I drink this all the time especially during parties!” Sagot naman sa kanya ng kapatid niya.

“But you never drank it in front of me. Now put it down or I’ll call mom and Dad.”

“Sorry, but you can’t turn your phone on.” Singit ng best friend ng kapatid niya at best enemy niya.

“Oh, yeah? Watch me!” Baling niya kay Isabella.

Biglang dumaan ang babae na kaka-serve lang sa kanila ng drinks at binigyan siya ng look which he knows as a sign of warning for him para hindi niya gawin ang kakasabi niya lang. Sumalampak siya sa upuan  niya at sumimangot. Tinignan niya ang relo and took note that lampas isang oras na ang nakalipas mula ng kinaladkad siya ng kapatid niya kasama ang tatlong best friends nito.

Pagkasabi ng flight attendant ngumisi ng nakaka-asar si Isabella. Para bang hinahamon siya na i-turn on ang phone niya.
