Chapter 19-
Cat's POV-
I had no idea what to say. This was the worst thing I could think that he would tell me.
"I, I don't know Emmett. You gave up on finding your mate."
"I was scared to never find you Kitty." He reasoned.
"Same thing Emmett. You risked never finding your mate. You gave up on me! You were planning on making someone ELSE your Luna! How could you! And then you have the nerve to ask for my forgiveness. No, this is a terrible thing. I didn't even know about things like mates existed but I saved my virginity for my true love. How could you betray me!" I stormed out of his arms and the bathroom. I grabbed a random set of keys and went to the huge garage. I used the remote to find out what car I'd be taking.
The lights on a red 2017 Ferrari lit up. I threw my purse into the passenger seat. Thank goodness I had time to grab that when I went out the door.
As far as I was concerned I wouldn't be back for a while.
