CHAPTER 32

Jaime sighed as she Kirkwood's classroom, she was sore all over due to Ginny's nonstop practice. Jaime slumped on her usual seat and lay her head on the table with her arms as her cushion. Draco saw Jaime's sleeping in, good thing Kirkwood was always ten minutes late.

"Tired?" Draco asked, Jaime groaned in response, "Don't worry, tomorrow's the match, so today's your last day of suffering." Draco teased, Jaime smiled, but Draco didn't see.

"Hey Jaime!" Eloise Midgen came in and shook Jaime's shoulder.

"What?" Jaime turned to Eloise. Eloise grinned, she looked like she has some gossip to share to Jaime, "I heard that Harry Potter's coming to the Quidditch match tomorrow – along with Ron Weasley."

"What – why? Why does my brother want to watch the bloody game tomorrow?" Jaime didn't want Harry to see her embarrass herself tomorrow, it was worst enough that almost all of the Gryffindors are expecting her to win since she is Harry Potter's sister – well she is not, she not like Harry, "Where did you hear this?"

"Hermoine – said she got a letter from Ron."

"But they have Auror training – why the bloody hell are they going to skip Auror training just for a match?"

"Dunno, ask Hermoine, she has the letter... besides, why are you so worried? You're Jaime Potter, you'll do great – Harry was Gryffindor's Seeker, and I heard that your dad was too – it runs in the family!"

Jaime rolled her eyes and groaned in frustration, "Runs in the family, yeah right – I'll be sent to the Hospital Wing the moment the game starts..." Jaime muttered.

Draco watched as Jaime just opened her book and read – glanced – at the texts. Draco never understood why Jaime looks down on herself so much when she always exceeds the expectations of everyone: she's good in class, has every quality of a Gryffindor, talented and after seeing her play for the past few days, Draco knew that Jaime is a good Seeker.

Class ended after Kirkwood gave them all homework. Draco was gathering his things and was about to head for his next class with Theodore, but just as he got off his chair, he saw Jaime staring at the bubbling substance on her cauldron.

"Draco, come on." Theodore called.

"You go ahead." Draco said. Theodore sighed, but nodded and left for his next class. Draco tapped Jaime's hand, catching her attention, "You okay?" Jaime took a breath and nodded, "Yeah, just got lost in thought."

"What were you thinking?" Draco asked.

"Nothing important," Jaime turned to Draco, she just stared in to his eyes and felt the sudden rush inside her, she noticed that she's been feeling this for a while now every time she was with Draco.

"Jaime, are you sure you're alright?" Draco squeezed her hand, Jaime took her hand from Draco and gathered her things, "We have class – I mean you have class and Theodore's waiting for you and – and I have class and I'm sure Ginny's waiting – so, I – I better g-go." Jaime got off her chair and went to the door, "I-I'll see you later, Draco."

The next day, the news about Harry Potter visiting Hogwarts spread wild, everyone was excited – except some Slytherins – and were waiting for the Chosen One's arrival.

"When do you think Harry's coming?" Ginny asked, she was looking at the Great Hall entrance, waiting for Harry's arrival.

"He'll be here, don't worry..." Jaime muttered, "By the way, isn't Ron coming as well?"

"He is." Hermoine said and took a bite from her toast. Jaime sighed and ate her cereal.

"Harry's here! Also Ron!" A student said. Everyone in the Great Hall turned and saw the ever-famous Harry Potter enter the Great Hall with his best friend, Ron Weasley by his side. Ginny quickly got up and hugged Harry.
