Greg wasn't able to take some time of off work and was disappointed to say the least. So you decided to surprise him at work and brought your son along with you. As soon as Greg spotted you he lit up like the forth of July and smiled proudly.
"That's my son!" He exclaimed and showed everyone at work, "And that's my beautiful wife." You smiled and kissed him sweetly as he took your son into his arms carefully.
"Who's this?" You asked in a baby voice and stoked your sons cheek. "Dada." He giggled and both you and Greg stared at him for a while. Your son had always been oddly quiet and hadn't said a word until then.
"His first word," Greg gasped and you could have sworn you saw a tear roll down his cheek. The two of you grinned at each other proudly, "Dada loves you and mommy so much." He said and kissed your sons head, still smiling widely and continued showing his coworkers how proud he was.
