Chapter 16

Chapter 16: Training and the army
Cassie's Pov
Ever since the fight I had with Seth a lot of things have happened. The only thing I could bother to remember was we had training today because Victoria was after Bella. We were going  to the training soon and I really didn't feel like going. I was currently laying on the couch watching tv peacefully... until Paul comes and sits on me. "Pauuuuul get your fat ass off of me" I groaned. He mocked a hurt noise and rolled off onto the floor, but he also brought me down with him. "Time to go" Sam called and I almost cheered out loud. I was the first one out the door and I was the only one that was staying in human form since I could translate for them when we got to the Cullen's. "See you there" I said. "More like see you there" Paul fired back and we both smirked at each other and took off. Of course I was the one who won since Paul decided it was a good idea to fall into a weird hole somewhere. I saw the Cullen's and Bella and hopped down the hill and I landed on one knee. I was about to get up but was tackled to the floor by Paul. He barred his teeth at me and Sam broke us up before we could do anything else. I scoffed and pushed Paul off of me. Seth walked over to me and I sighed. Carlisle started and I had to translate because Sam didn't want us to come in our human forms except me. We were watching the Cullen's fight and then Paul decided it was a good idea to start making fun of the way they were fighting. I felt anger start to build up in me and I turned to Paul. "One more time Lahote and you're dead" I warned. Maybe you should have stayed wherever the hell you went. Oh that's it. I basically flew over to him and we started fighting. I of course being my stupid self didn't phase so I was getting torn up pretty good, but I was kicking Paul's ass too. I finally nocked Paul out somehow and fell to the floor. "Shit" I murmured to myself. I hopped up and looked at everyone. "So this is an example of what not to do" I said hunching over putting my hands on my knees. Paul started to stir and I quickly hopped into a near by tree. Once training was over I hopped down the tree and started walking away with the Cullen's. I heard a growl behind me and turned around glaring at Paul. I ignored him and hopped on Emmett's back. I must have fallen asleep on the way because when I opened my eyes I was on the Cullen's couch. See you soon my la tua cantante. I finally just started ignoring whoever this may be and I really didn't care. "So when is the army of newborns coming" I asked basically cuddling the couch. "In two days" Alice said and I nodded.
*vision*
We were all fighting the new borns and I saw a leech wrapping its arms around Seth and I growled running after them but by the time I got there I was too late. He was already gone.
*end of vision*
"No no no no" I covered my eyes. "Cassie what's wrong?" I heard "No no no" I shook my head as I felt tears streaming down my face as my whole body started shaking. "Cassie don't worry that's not going to happen" I heard Edward say and I looked at him. "Seth isn't going to fight anyway" he said and I calmed down only slightly and I sighed. "You're not fighting" I heard Edward say and my head snapped toward him in a glare. "Yes I am" I started and suddenly had Edward pinned to the wall. "Who said I wasn't" I said glaring at him. "Why are you eyes red?" He asked and I shook my head looking at him. "I'm fighting wether you like it or not" I growled at him. Suddenly Edward had me pinned to the wall. "If you fight Seth fights do you want that? Of course you don't. Now your staying with me Bella and Seth on the mountain" he said and I shoved him off of me. I slid to the floor hit my head against the wall. Dammit.
*the night before the fight*
I was angrily fumming to myself as Bella started shivering because it was basically -100° and she was too stubborn to wear more clothes. He looked at me as if to say 'help her' and I shook my head looking at him as if he was crazy. "I can't sleep with all that teeth chattering" Jacob said coming inside the tent and I smirked at Edward. Eventually Jacob and Bella were cuddling with so Bella wouldn't freeze to death. The whole night I stayed up and couldn't sleep so me and Edward were basically talking about anything and everything  and I made fun of him for staring at Bella. I heard a little growl and I went outside the tent and saw Seth. I turned away not wanting to think about why I saw the other day. He whimpered and nudged me but I didn't dare look at him. The image of it just kept running through my head and I couldn't stand looking at him. He trotted away whining. I sighed and looked toward Edward as Bella and Jacob just got back from kissing. What a great fiancé you picked Edward. I smirked to myself as Edward glared at me but then suddenly he smirked which got me confused me so I just ignored it. That was until I was tackled to the floor by Seth and I squeezed my eyes shut turning my head away. "Look at me" he begged/demanded and I shook my head and kept it where it was. Seth grabbed my head and crashed his lips onto mine and I gasped. I eventually gave in and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer. We haven't kissed since before I left for I can't even remember how long. I pulled away before we could do anything else especially since Edward cleared his throat. "It started" he said and I covered my face. How embarrassing. I zoned in on the fight and focused on what was going on. It was going fine and we were winning. I was smiling until I was pulled behind Edward along with Bella. I looked where Edward was looking and saw Victoria. I felt anger starting to build up inside me and started shaking but Edward squeezed my arm and I calmed down. Riley popped up out of no where and started helping Victoria to kill Bella. Seth being stupid tried to help Edward and kill Riley so I had to intervene and help Seth out. I yelped as Riley grabbed me by the neck and pulled my body flush up against his and smelled my neck. "If you're a mutt why do you smell so..." he started but I guess he couldn't think of anything to explain how "good" I smell. I felt his teeth sink into my shoulder blade making my eyes widen and my face scrunch up in pain. Riley was just not even paying attention to what's going on and finally Seth came too and tackled Riley off of me. I fell to my knees and regained my composure as I got up and was only slightly dizzy. This didn't hurt as much as the first time when James bit me but the pain was there. I saw Seth passed out and mentally rolled my eyes. Why does he get himself into things he knows he can't win. Suddenly I smelt blood and it smelled so intoxicating and I Bella bleeding and I don't know what came over me but I lunged at her and Edward caught me. He growled at me as I struggled as my throat started burning. I looked around and saw Victoria and Riley on the floor dead and got confused. How long had I been zoned out? "Seth" Edward called out as I was still struggling to get to Bella. I don't know why I started acting like this but I think it had to do with Riley bitting me. Stupid leech. Seth grabbed my from Edward and looked me in the eye. "Hey look at me" he said as I was shaking and I forced myself to look at Seth. "It's okay you're going to be fine" he said grabbing my face and kissing me to distract me. I finally calmed down and we started making our way down to the clearing.

Sorry I haven't updated in a long tim but school started and I was really busy during the summer. I'll try to start posting more but they might be slow updates.
