The next morning was followed by the same pattern. Elara was woken up early by Hermione, followed by herself waking up Ginny, then all three girls would go to shower room and get ready for the day. After Ginny's first year, none of the three girls would go to the bathroom alone. Not anymore...

The three girls padded across the corridor that led to the great hall with linked arms, each one laughing. "Why does that not surprise me?" Elara said through her laughs. "Probably cause you're a stupid half-blood." Said an annoying high pitched voice.

Elara could feel the anger seeping through her veins as she heard her voice. "Pansy." Elara spat, making Pugface Parkinson scrunch up her already ugly face.

"You know, that facial expression doesn't make you even remotely more pretty." Ginny snapped at her.

"Didn't ask for you're opinion now did I blood traitor." Pansy spat, making Elara even more pissed off.

"Parkinson, if you know whats good for you, you'd leave." Elara warned.

"I'm not scared of the likes of you, you-you scum half blood!" Just when Elara was about to squeeze her hand into a fist, someone caught it.

"Miss Parkinson, please escort yourself and your friends to the great hall, you too Miss Granger and Miss Weasley." She heard her grandfathers soothing voice; Pansy huffed and stormed off, her cronies following behind, while Ginny and Hermione said goodbye to me then left.

"Elara." Albus said in a worried tone. "I need Dad." The young girl said in an almost inaudible voice. Within seconds Severus Snape strode up beside her, worry obvious on his face. "My classroom?" He asked, and her only response was a nod.

She walked quickly to his classroom, as if she was in trouble. And with all the times she makes trips to his room, everyone always thinks that she's in trouble. Her being in Gryffindor helped that theory out a lot. She had a small tear or two stream on her face, but no more no less. That's how it always went, and that's how she thought it always would.

"Elara, you need to try and keep your special abilities under more control." Snape said after he made sure no one was around.

"I can't help it, they're getting harder control. It's like they're trying to take me over. It's almost painful."

She looked up at her father. He had a small tint of worry in his cold black eyes. Only ever showing love towards Elara, ever since her mother was unfairly taken away from everyone.

"Daddy, I'm scared. I don't want to hurt anyone. Not even stupid Pansy Parkinson." Elara said with tears beginning to run down her rosy cheeks.

Severus looked helplessly at his only child. "How can I help her?" He thought rapidly. "Severus stop playing with the chain before you break it, you know I need this to keep my abilities in line." The familiar voice if his wife echoed in his head.

"The necklace." He whispered, getting his daughters attention seeing as she noticed her fathers distant look.

"Necklace? What necklace?" She looked at him, confusion washed over her.

"You're mothers necklace she would always wear. I have it back home, but I'll give it to you this evening. It will help you, it helped your mother." He nodded her head and whipped the tears away.

"I should get to lunch before I'm gone to long." Her father nodded his head.

"Be safe." He kissed the top of her head before she walked quietly out of his classroom.

The quietness tended to stay in the family and get past down. She walked down the halls to the dinning hall and sat at her normal spot.

"So what happened?" Hermione asked, whispering as she leaned over the table. Harry and Ron were probably still not awake yet.

"He warned me not to pick a fight with anyone else, or we'd lose points." Elara said as she began to ate her breakfast.

"I don't see why she's such a bloody pain. I think since she's in love with Malfoy, she tries to act just like him." Ginny said.

It was like the mention of his name was like a magnet. Draco had walked over to their area of the table and laid his hand next to Elara.

"I heard what your filthy Gryffindor's did. I think you should have lost points. I don't even think you half-bloods should be allowed in the school." Elara looked up at him.

"You know your favorite professor is-"

"Did I ask you for your opinion?" Draco cut Elara off and she quickly stood up.

"Do you have a problem with me Malfoy?" She got in his face.

"What if I do? Your going to go cry to grandfather Dumbeldore." He got into her face.

"Okay, okay." Ginny pulled Elara away from the boy. "Sit down, before we both lose points."

Draco fixed his robes before walking back over to his table and talking to his "friends".

Elara slowly sat down and ate her breakfast in peace. She didn't say much more to anyone I'm the dinning hall. She was just trying to stay safe like her father had wanted. But, not all things go as planned as most would like it.

Harry and Ron had finally joined everyone at breakfast, just as Elara was leaving. She didn't want to stay in there any longer than she needed to or had to.

She didn't notice the pair of steely grey eyes following her movements as she make her way out of the dining hall. His mind just couldn't wrap around the fact she had called him 'Malfoy', she never even acknowledged him unless it was when they're eyes somehow met. It bothered him, but he simply let it slide as he watched the Golden Trio and Weaselette walk out of dining hall not long after the black haired girl.

Draco's eyes met his god father's curious black ones, but he didn't want to speak to him at that moment; he was confused. If it had been any other Gryffindor, Snape would've taken points from them without a second thought, but now that the Slytherin thought about it, Snape had never taken points from Elara Dumbledore.
