Chapter 28- Girlfriend?

Ariana's POV

It's been two days since me and Jai decided to 'take a break' and things were almost one hundred percent fine

I can't say I moved on already ,trust me I still love Jai with all my heart but it's probably best if I keep that to myself and tell everyone I've moved on

It was already six thirty so I hopped out of my comfy bed and headed straight for the bathroom and did my uasual routine

By the time I finished it was still seven

I should probably get some breakfast

Walking out of the house , I went to the nearest Ihop

As I ate my breakfast in silence I began to think

Has Jai moved on?

The thought caused my heart to break

what if he did?

I shook it off and contiued shoving the food in my mouth

Once I finished my breakfast I started my drive to the studio . The radio was on a pretty loud volume but I couldn't care less. All of a sudden my song came on and I couldn't help but let out a silent sqeaul. I still can't believe I was on the radio. The song was Baby I and my mood went a bit down when I remembered the video.

Jai came to vist me on set and we got ice cream , he also managed to slip into the video . Even though I was still upset about our 'break' I was super glad he made it to the video as I wrote the song for him

Just a few seconds later my phone rang.I lowered the volume of the radio and put my phone on speaker, not taking my eyes off of the road ahead of me

"Hello" a certain Australian accent said

"oh hi Jai" I exclaimed as a red light came on

Fifteen minutes later I pulle up to the studio . Gathering my things , I grabbed my phone last and walked inside

"I gotta go I'm at the studio " I said

"okay I'll call you tonight " Jai answered

"sounds great bye" I replied before hanging up

I sighed , even though we had a 'break' things were still pretty normal between us . I just hope he makes up his mind soon 'cause not being able to hear "i love you" from him is getting harder every day

Before I knew it Jennette appeared out of no where

"Hey Ari, you better now" She asked

I nodded , my hair bobbing up and down

" that's great, now let's get ready to partay" She said in a weird voive

I laughed and followed her to hair and make up

- three hours later -

After three hours of filming we finally got a well deserved break . Some of the cast went out to eat but me and Jen were sitting in the dressing room relaxing.

We talked for a while until I got a message from twitter.

I looked at it then began scrolling through my timeline . Jen was telling me about something but I didn't bother listening. Suddenly Jai's name caught my eye. It was a tweet but there was only a link , I geuss to a picture.

I tapped on it and when it opened I did one of those 'double takes' . It was him with a girl . She had dark brown hair with pink dip dyed ends. She was so skinny I could she her bones popping out of her skin.I noticed that their hands were intertwined and this time I knew it was Jai not Luke as Kiara looked nothing like her

My jaw tightened a bit and jelousy ran through me . I wasn't one to be jealous or angry but this really bursted my bubble

"Ari,are you okay" Jennette qeustioned

"not really" I snapped , gritting my teeth

She stayed silent and I knew she was shocked by my attitude.

I closed the picture and loosened my grip that I had on my phone.

" sorry" I apologized

A sigh escaped my mouth and let my head fall back. I ended up hitting the wall pretty hard

"ouch" I sqeauled , holding the back of my head

Jennette laughed slightly and I did aswell

Jai's POV

I spent the day with my cousin Brielle . We were super close when we were little but we grew apart when she moved. It's been three years since I've seen her . Her and my aunt finally had time to visit

so Brielle , Luke , Beau and I had been hanging out all day .

Time slipped away and I forgot ro call Ariana . It was probably late there.I wasn't going to call but I got super bored and figured I should try

Ring Ring

"Hello," Ariana said , she didn't sound cheerful as she usaully was.

"hey" I replied , cheerfully in an attempt to cheer her up

"why'd you call" she asked

"Beacuse I told you I would " i answered

"Well I'm tired why don't you go call your gilfriend though" She snapped

My eyebrows pushed together in confusion "what girlfriend" I qeustioned

"Jai , I 'm not Beau, you can't fool me " She stated

"why would you care if I had a girlfriend? even though I don't "

"Thats besides the point and don't act dumb "

"I don't have a girlfriend Ariana" I sighed

"there's pictures Jai , I saw them" She said , sounding a bit upset

"Ariana, that's my cousin"

"oh yeah sure your cousin"

"I'm telling you the truth" I said a bit louder

"Stop lying"

"I'M NOT FUCKING LYING TO YOU " I yelled

"Stop yelling" she pleaded

"Then trust me"

"no"

"Why not I swear I'm not lying"

"......now you know how I felt" she said , drifting off

"what" I asked

"I didn't kiss him Jai he kissed me , believe me then maybe I'll believe you" She cried

Before I could reply the line went dead
