Nag-angat ng tingin si Aiden mula sa Macbook nito. He frowned when he saw her leaning on his office door. Concern was on his face.
"What's wrong?"
She looked at him for a moment. Hoping her anger would vanish by just looking at his handsome face.
Yeah. Handsome. Simula noong nagkaunawaan sila, she never mind complimenting him anytime she want whenever she feel like it. Yung no hard feelings involved. Hindi gaya dati na kapag pinupuri niya ito unconsciously ay kulang na lang literal na sipain niya ang sarili sa sobrang bwisit!
"Nica?"
Gosh! Isa pa yan. Isa pa iyang pagtawag nito sa nickname niya. Why does it sound so different whenever he calls her using that nickname? Why does it sound so.... good?
"You're starting to make me worry. Tell me, what's wrong?"
Napapitlag siya ng maramdaman ang mabangong hininga nito sa may pisngi niya. She didn't even notice him approach her. Nag-angat siya ng tingin. She sucked in her breath when she looked at his worry filled eyes. He bit his lower lip. At ang pasaway niyang mga mata ay hindi maiwasang hindi titigan iyon. Napalunok siya.
"What happened?" He asked again. Oblivious of the turmoil she's feeling inside.
"H-ha?" Natutulala pa ring tanong niya. Hindi maalis ang tingin niya sa ibabang labi nito.
"Are you okay...?"
Am I okay? My heart is beating so fast I feel like I'm in a freaking marathon. My tummy's feeling funny.. like there are butterflies tickling my stomach's mucuous membranes. My knees feels like jelly. And just the mere sight of his pinkish plump lips is making me feel like I took one hell of a swig of aphrodisiac. I felt like molesting those plump looking lips. Now tell me. Am I okay?
"Nica?"
Nag-angat siya ulit ng tingin. "Hm?"
He gasped. "Don't give me that look."
"Hm-mm... your lips look tasty" Wala sa sariling sagot niya.
Natigilan ito. Napaawang ang mga labi. "Like it?" Shocked na tanong nito. Parang hindi ito makapaniwala na binigyan niya ito ng isang 'sexy' compliment.
"Very." She answered truthfully.
From worry, his eyes suddenly turned dark. Napasinghap siya ng hapitin nito ang bewang niya palapit dito. She bit her lip when he whispered in her ear.
"I love it when your liking it." He purred.
"Your office feels like a freaking oven." Parang timang na sabi niya.
He chuckled. "I'm glad that I can make you hot, sweetheart.." He whispered then cupped her bum "but I can make you feel hotter." She moaned.
"Den---"
"Eherm..!"
Both of them looked at the source of that awful noice.
"Grumpy?"
"Mason?"
Nagkatinginan sila ni Aiden. She looked surprised while Aiden frowned.
"You call him Grumpy?"
"His real name is Mason?"
"Yeah. So why are you calling him Grumpy?" Ang nakakunot noong tanong nito sa kanya.
"Pet name." She grinned.
Lalong lumalim ang pagkakakunot nito. "Why? Are you that close?"
"No."
