I woke up to find myself in woodland, groaning i stood up. "No" I whispered to myself sadly. I didn't want to live, not without D.

"Hello Justin" A beautiful, melodic voice spoke and i turned to face a woman. Her long silver hair flowed down to her feet, her face was kind and soft. Her eyes were a light grey almost silver and i recognised her immediately. "Goddess Luna" I breathed, getting on my knees and bowing my head.

Her hand touched my shoulder. "Please rise child. you have no need to bow to me" I stood up slowly, never taking my eyes of her. I had heard of her beauty, but never could i have ever imagined she was this beautiful. "Walk with me" She said and i followed her willingly.

"Where are we?" I asked after a moment and the Goddess smiled at me. "This is the place between your world and the heavens" She replied. I could only nod "Before you leave there are things i will tell you" She continued. I looked at her confused. "High Lord Hades is dead, he has gone to their Otherworld, he is with his Amare now" "Are they happy?" I asked causing her to laugh. It reminded me of tiny bells. "You wish to know if the man who has caused so much pain is happy?" She asked. "He is dead now, he can cause no pain. He himself has had to live with what he has done. In death no one derserves pain" The Goddess stared at me as if trying to figure out a puzzle. "You truly are a strange one Justin" she simply stated. I Sighed and nodded my head. "Yet something troubles you" A tear ran down my face. "Shifters go to the Otherworld and i will go to the heavens" I explained. "All my life i was told i would join my mate there. But how can i when he will be somewhere else" If we are dead i want to be with him. Luna nodded. "Is that what you wish for? To join him?" She asked. I was about to nod when another thought came to me. "No" I shook my head. "My wish would be for my family to move on and be happy. They are the ones who will truly suffer" "You would choose their happiness over your own?" I nodded. "We were put together for a reason. I don't believe we would be torn apart now" And it was true, even though we would be separated i knew deep down we would find each other again. "Your faith is truly overwhelming" I smiled sadly. "My faith has always kept hope alive"

The Goddess smiled and laughed. "You are an amazing creature Justin. I did right when i created you" I couldn't help but wonder what she meant. "The day fates and i spoke about this war we knew we had to do something. You my child were the answer, Devilyn had already been born. We had not envisioned the war though. We had hoped that together you would bring peace to our worlds"

"Imagine that, one of my own children surprising me" I couldn't help but smile, The Goddess knows everything. "It must have been something else if it surprised you Goddess" I joked. She looked at me seriously. "Would you like to see what the surprise was?" She asked. I had to admit i was curious. "Did you know you can tap into Devilyns powers?" This confused me. "When you felt him die, when you wanted to end it all. You tapped into something unknown. You were already in half form, but you continued to change" She pointed to a tiny clearing between the trees.

At first i saw nothing, then suddenly something began to form right in front of me. I gasped and looked at the Goddess. "That is what the coupling has given you" She spoke softly. I walked towards it, not wanting to get to close and made my way around, Inspecting it almost.

It was slightly taller than me and just as thin. A fine layer of light brown fur covered it's front. It's face, although wolf like had no muzzle, yet i could see the sharp teeth. It's wolf like ears protruded from the top, where dark brown fur started and ran down the back to the tail. It's knees were bent slightly backwards where the feet elongated and the nails looked sharp. It's hands were now two claws also with sharp nails. But what got me were the large black wings, almost as large as Ds.
