BE WARNED : this is my very fist ever attempt at writing. There are rough patches and I hadn't developed a style until toward the end... so please if you read this refrain from any negative comments that do not contain feedback. :) It's a story that has helped me immensely learn how to write what's in my brain and develop character... which I will always have a soft spot in my heart. I hope you enjoy it... :D

Talon has never changed from what she looks like now. Suddenly everyone is asking whether she's been lightening her hair. Her shoes feel too small and she's growing out of clothes...especially in the chest area. She feeling weird and something strange pulls in her belly. Why now?
The closest species to her is the werewolf, she doesn't know much about her own species, especially the biggest difference...in her world males are not the alphas ...the females are.
Unfortunately for Talon, she has been by herself her whole life, she knows nothing of her race bar the fading memories from her childhood....there was a rule that struck with her though even despite her young fascination with them....stay away from the dark slayers...especially the black.
She makes a friend with a rare female werewolf and two guys that show interest in that friend...and from then on her life snowballs into changes she never thought would happen let alone know what they mean.
