The dappled light form the torches along the wall cast eerily shadows across the room. The temperature of the room is cold. The furniture, black and grey leather – are placed in a somewhat geometric circle. The mantle about the fireplace's hearth, frames a picture of Salazar Slytherin himself. Slytherin's portrait is static unlike all the other sin the school.

"Dear Father," I begin reading the letter I am due to send back to Malfoy Manner. "Mattheo is being incredibly ridiculous and spiteful towards yourself and I. Also, I believe he suspects a plan between us and drilled me intently upon our meeting. Tom"

Then, I rolled up the piece of parchment, tied it, and started towards the owlery.

Once at the owlery, I call Darco's owl down from their perch.

"Now," I say, tying the rolled-up parchment to the creature leg. "You must take this straight to the Mannor. It is addressed to my Father and the contents are urgent."

After I am done fastening the letter and directing the owl, I let it go and it starts towards the direction of the manor.
