"Lovely evening we're having," Elijah says looking at the people in the room he was in, eyebrows twitching slightly when he sees Matt, "I thought this was for family only?"

"Lovely evening we're having," Elijah says looking at the people in the room he was in, eyebrows twitching slightly when he sees Matt, "I thought this was for family only?"

"He is." "I am." Imani smiles at Matt, turning to glare at Elijah, "Besides, you're only here for a little bit and then you're gone, dagger free life."

"If only your husband would be so kind," Elijah chuckles, giving her a few vials of his siblings blood.

"A thousand years his wife, I've found a way out," Imani tells him, "it's not difficult when you've given up."

"You've given up? Then why stay here?" Elijah asks, not believing a word that came out of her mouth. He remembers clearly, her love for Niklaus being so strong she eventually forgave him for loving another.

"My family is here, Elijah. Simple as that."

"Is that why you're here? Revenge against us?" He smirks.

Imani and her family look at one another before bursting into laughter at that. "No no no, dear Elijah, revenge is simply better when one has learned that fucks are only given to those that deserve to be fucked, I learned he's not worth a fuck," Imani shrugs.

Elijah looks at his sister in law, eyes wide and mouth opening and closing silently like a fish. He's never heard this woman say such crude words, even around Oscar Wilde, a man who's parties she attended as often as she'd go to church.

"Will that be all?" Ivar asks.

"Have you accepted Niklaus' apology?"

"I've received none," Imani informs him. Ivar internally starts to panic when Elijah looks over at him briefly. They were nice gifts, he knows Imani would love them, but they are from Klaus, and Imani doesn't need that in her life, she needs him and her family. That's it.

"Guess they got lost in transit," Elijah smirks, eyes leaving Ivar much to his relief, nodding at Imani and turns around before pausing, "have you seen Rebekah and Kol?"

"I have," Imani says, grabbing the inner corner of his elbow and leading him out.

Elijah chuckles, "And will you tell me where they are?"
