Making Sense of it

Percy POV

I've had many dreams/nightmares it's part of being a demigod. So I can usually tell when I'm in one because I feel like am watching something in a three-sixty view but as much as I could tell this was a dream it felt different than the rest.

It was weird it felt like it did when I first came back to Camp Half-Blood. Like last time I was in the big house with The seven, Thaila, Reyna, Nico, and Chiron but someone was missing from around the ping pong table Annabeth. I shook it off everyone was taking and looking at maps. It looked like it did before the war of Manhattan we were planning strategies but if we were doing that why wasn't Annabeth here this was her field of expertise and was the lead strategist in the last two wars. 

I felt the dream shift and I was walking across the camp heading to Cabin Three, I opened the door stepping in seeing Annabeth who's back was to me but why was she in here if all of us were just in the big house. I walked up to her and kissed the crown of her head looking down at what she was holding. I then realized why she wasn't in the big house in Annabeth's arms was a beautiful baby girl who's vibrant green eyes looked into mine as I smiled down at her. She was the most precious thing I laid my eyes on she had tuffs of blond hair like her mother and Sea-green eyes just like mine. This was perfect after years of fighting for our lives we finally have what we always wanted a family. Looking down at my daughter who's name I still don't know It made me think of the line in the prophecy the daughter of Water and Wise. I then felt like someone hit me with a brick for what my child was destined for broke my heart. I wanted to take a mental screenshot or freeze time and stay in this moment forever. unfortunately this world is to cruel for a demigod. and she's was heading down the same road as me and I couldn't do anything about it. My own daughter will either save or destroy the world just like me  

I woke up to the sound of the horn signaling it's time for breakfast I sat up looking to my left seeing Annabeth's spot empty which wasn't uncommon she's always an early riser 

"you better hurry up and get ready it's not like you to skip breakfast"  Annabeth said walking out of the bathroom putting her hair into a ponytail

I rolled out of bed making my way to the bathroom kissing Annabeth's forehead on the way and began brushing my teeth. Annabeth walked in and leaned against the door "why are you so quiet"

"Hm" she sighed and walked up behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist and rested her chin on my shoulder "Come on Seaweed brain you can tell me"

I turned around and mirrored her I looked into her calculating grey eyes "I had a dream last night and it I got me thinking about our future and where were heading you were right last night"

"when am I not" She chuckled 

"I'm serious" I said as she looked at me waiting for me to continue "We've been married for all of a week and now there's yet another war we have to fight in and another prophecy we're apart of and not just us" I said rubbing my thumb against her stomach 

She gave me a confused look before looking around the room as if she could find the answer "What does that have to do with your dre-" I kept rubbing her stomach as she stopped talking and then looked at looked me straight in the eyes and her faced showed she understood "Oh" she said looking down at my at my hand that hasn't moved. 

After a few seconds I kept talking which made her look at me "It was weird everyone was in the Big house but you planning strategies which I found odd but soon after the dreamed shifted and when I entered the Poseidon Cabin and there you where when I walked up to you, you were holding the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen she had your hair and my eyes" 

Annabeth looked at me with emotions I couldn't decipher happiness? worry? love? confusion? quilt? It made my head hurt, did she not want kids? We never talked about kids I had always wanted kids, but what if Annabeth didn't? Would she want to carry the first Greek Legacy in a Millennia? I stopped come up with scenarios when she kissed me.

"I know what your thinking" She said "what's that" "you think I don't want kids?" I averted her eyes and that gave her the answer she put her hand on my cheek "Seaweed brain look at me" I did what she said  her hand never leaving my face "I do want kids Percy especially with you I have for years"

"Really?" I asked "Of course" she smiled and kissed me again I smiled into the kiss after we pulled away we rested our foreheads together "am scared" I said looking into her eyes

"Why?" she asked her eyes so full on wonder "I don't want have a family in the middle of the war it was hard as it is fighting and worrying about you but if we put a kid into it, just means more room for error more risk in fighting" 

"It'll be okay we don't have to worry about that right now" I nodded my head  "now let's go get some breakfast" She  said 

I kissed her cheek and after I got dressed we walked to the pavilion hand in hand.

The whole day everyone was weird around Annabeth and me they would whisper when we walked past and some would give pity looks that Annabeth did not appreciate I spent most of lunch trying to get her to not kill the next person who gave us a look. That brought us to now Chiron Nico and the Seven are all in the big house discussing the prophecy since we knew it was about us.    

"So the world supposed to end again what's knew?" Nico said 

"How are we supposed to know where to start nothing different this time it's not like the Gods played swapsy again we have no idea where to start" Leo complained   

"Leo's right" Piper said "Thanks beauty queen" Leo smiled make her roll her eyes "How are we supposed to make a plan when we have no idea where or when any of this will take place?"  Piper continued 

"There has to be a clue of some sorts" Hazel said 

"There is" Annabeth said making everyone turn their attention to her so she continued "The prophecy says itself it shall then be when two becomes one and one becomes two the daughter of Water and Wise will bring life to an enteral light and that a new era is born of the day of war"

"I don't get it" Leo said looking back and forth at everyone. Frank Slapped upside the head "Ow dude what was that for" 

"Water and Wise it's taking about Percy and Annabeth" Frank said Leo made an oh shape with his mouth "Wait your pregnant?" He asked confused

"No I'm not" Annabeth snapped "It's talk about when I have a baby will be the day war is declared"

"Still doesn't make sense" Leo said and it was Piper's turn to smack is head "There hasn't been  a Greek legacy in millennia"  I said  

"As that is true it doesn't help the fact that you are both very powerful and sought after demigods of your guys age and that Percy is a son of the big three and is the most powerful demigod since Hercules it makes the child just as much of a threat" Chiron said 

"The first  Greek legacy is going to be the most powerful" Jason said 

"As it seems Percy and Annabeth's first born child will follow in their father's footsteps and will either destroy the world or save it" Chiron said 

A/N

Okay so I know I said that  Percy is the most powerful demigod to live in front Jason but that is just my opinion sorry if you have a different one and in reality SPOILERS for TOA but Jason dies so that would leave him the most powerful.
