"You look beautiful girls" My mum and dad stood beside us with a smile on their faces
"Thank you" We replied in unison
"Nat, we're going to talk tomorrow" Papa warned, I already knew what it was about, my heart skipped a beat as he brought me into a small hug "You'll be okay" He muttered as he pulled away
"Now go, go" Mama shooed us away causing me to laugh slightly
I walked over to the car with my black sparkly heels, my tight black dress held onto my curves almost in a loose way, my hair was in thick curls and for my makeup I decided to just apply mascara and lip-gloss, I felt so refreshed and on top of that I looked it too
"Hop in" Sare walked over to the passenger seat whilst Jacob sat in the driver's seat, to my left, was a window, whilst to my right I saw Stephanie and Jace already being lovey dovey with each-other
My cheek pressed against the cold pane of glass, and I felt my eyes flutter shut, the soft sound of the radio played in the background as the mutters of everyone invaded my ears, it was soothing, would be better if I had my book here with me
"What do you think Nat?" I opened my eyes slowly and hummed in curiosity
"Ares talking to you" Sare spoke after a second
"What about it?" I asked softly
"He never talks to anyone" Jace muttered obviously shocked
"He let me sleep on him" I spoke out
The car went silent and for once I felt special, Ares pays no attention to anyone yet he's here giving me all the attention
"He let you sleep on him" Jace spoke out slowly
"Yes" I questioned myself
"This is different" He whispered
"How" I asked
"We're here" Stephanie shouted
I guess I'll never know why it's different
