Wei Wuxian was training his sword skills in the middle of the forest when he heard some rustling from behind the tree's.

"Who's there? Come out!" He called out to whoever was there and soon enough two people had shown themselves.

"We apologize, Xingchen here can be clumsy." the taller man said as he pointed his head towards the Xingchen guy who was removing leaves from his hair.

"Oh, that's fine." Wei Wuxian said as he sheathed his sword.

"What are your names? And What brings you here?" He asked after.

"I am Xiao Xingchen and this is my partner Song Lan, currently rogue cultivators, we heard that my martial nephew might be somewhere around this area." Xiao Xingchen explained.

"Oh? What's his name? Maybe I can help." Wei Wuxian offered.

"Wei Wuxian was his name, I heard a lot of things that happened to him, if Master heard about it no doubt she would storm off the mountain and deal with the Jiangs herself." Xiao Xingchen explained.

Wei Wuxian was standing still in shock.

"Do you perhaps know Wei Wuxian?" Song Lan asked.

"Ah." Wei Wuxian coughed "You are currently speaking to the 'Wei Wuxian' you both are looking for."

Hearing that Xiao Xingchen immediately started asking questions and ramblings "How is your back? I'm sorry I didn't come to find you sooner! Are you alright? Both physically and mentally? You went rogue are you getting enough money to feed yourself?! You look well enough to be eating right so that eases my worries a bit! Do you-"

"Xingchen let the boy breathe."

Xiao Xingchen must have came back to his senses when he heard that he coughed slightly "I apologize if you were uncomfortable."

"No no no! I was just surprised that's all." he said trying to assure his martial Uncle.

"So...should I show you towards the village? You can settle down and we could get to know each other a bit?" Wei Wuxian asked and the two nodded and followed Wei Wuxian.

"Is it fine if I call you Wuxian?" Xiao Xingchen asked "Sure, or You can call me A-Xian or Xianxian or whatever you feel like." Wei Wuxian basically said.

"Well A-Xian, if you don't mind me asking, how is your...back?"

Wei Wuxian smiled softly "It is fine, my friend or basically my Older Sister is a doctor, she's great and found a way to remove the scars, took a year but right now my back is fully clean, no scars found." he happily said.

"A great doctor, What's her name?" Song Lan asked.

"Wen Qing, she...she was there when my mother gave birth to me, we didn't found out about it until a few months ago, so basically I'm also part of Dafan." he explained.

"Would you like to hear some stuff about your mother from the mountain?" Xiao Xingchen asked.

"You knew my mother? We look almost the same in age!?"

Xiao Xingchen huffed "You'd be surprised, I was around 5 when you mother left the mountain...she was around 16 at the time I got to know her over a year before she left."

Wei Wuxian looked at Song Lan before going back to Xiao Xingchen "If it's no bother."

"None at all, Your mother loved to make pranks around the mountain and grandmaster would indulge her with it, basically we had full chaos on the mountain." Xiao Xingchen chuckled.

"When I first arrived there, Cangse shijie saw me and well, her first impression to me was kind of...surprising to say the least."
