It was already the next day and there was still no sign of the Medeis calling out to them. It was getting boring but at least they were getting some rest from the tiring events that occurred to them in Diagon Alley.

In the morning, Alexandra and Louis left their tent to explore the village. While doing so, they found a grocery shop and stopped by there. They were buying some supplies for the remainder of their quest and were also buying some sweets as extras.

While Alexandra and Louis were standing in line to pay their bill, Alexandra recognised a red-haired woman standing behind her in line. It was none other than Mrs. Weasley. Alexandra recognized her from the time she saw her at the final task for the Triwizard Tournament.

And surprisingly enough, Mrs. Weasley seemed to recognize her too. Mrs. Weasley was putting some meat in her cart when she stood and finally noticed Alexandra. "Oh!" She exclaimed. "You're Severus's daughter, aren't you?"

"Nice to meet you, Mrs. Weasley," Alexandra smiled and extended her hand for a handshake, to which Mrs. Weasley obliged with a bright smile.

"I see you've got a friend with you, Alexandra," Mrs. Weasley stated as she noticed Louis standing beside her.

"Good morning, madam," Louis switched to English to greet her. His French accent still showed as he spoke in English.

"Good morning," Mrs. Weasley greeted back. "Alexandra, I'm surprised to see you here. Have you and Severus moved to this village?"

"No, Mrs. Weasley. My father's back at home. I'm just here on business from my training academy."

"Oh, that sounds lovely!" Mrs. Weasley answered.

Yes, walking in dark forests, getting beaten by Aurors in the middle of the night, coming so close to finding the Medeis only to find out it was a trick, yes, very lovely.

"Yes," Louis said dryly. "Very lovely."

Alexandra didn't know whether to laugh or complain at Louis's sarcasm.

"Why don't you join us for dinner tonight, dear?" Mrs. Weasley asked.

"Thank you for the offer but are you sure? I don't want to be a bother," Alexandra retorted.

"Oh, nonsense. You won't be a bother," Mrs. Weasley assured her. "And I'm sure Ron would love to meet a friend from school. You should meet my daughter too, she's only a year younger than you. Oh, and bring your friend, Louis, as well."

"Thank you for inviting me madam," Louis thanked her.

And just like that, Alexandra and Louis waved Mrs. Weasley goodbye and headed back to their tent.

Later that evening, Alexandra and Louis headed towards the Burrow where they received a warm greeting from Ginny Weasley. They also, however, received a warm greeting from the Weasley twins, with a firecracker nearly to the face.

"Blimey, George, are trying to burn her face off!?" Ginny Weasley erupted as she came down the stairs.

"Sorry," George replied with a grin.

"Getting blasted in the face with firecrackers was not my idea of a dinner," Louis muttered to Alexandra in French.

"Don't worry. They're nice people. It'll be alright soon enough," Alexandra retorted in the same language.

Ginny Weasley came and politely greeted them, then proceeded to escort them to the dining room. In the dining room, Mrs. Weasley was keeping dishes of food on the table alongside Ron who was helping her rather grumpily.
