"We were lying here all night?" She shockingly got up
"What about our flight?" She panicked
"I think we missed it!" Virat casually said
"Missed it? Are you mad? It's only 6. We still have one and half hour. We can catch it if we try" she calculated
"I don't think so! Let's stay here for one more day" he replied, still sitting
"Are you serious? You have a work to do. I have college. Get up!" She tried to pull him. Virat was enjoying to see her huffing puffing around him. He lazily got up.
"Run" she screamed by pulling his hand. He was in his 'la la land' running behind her.
He was taking his own time to keep the bags on the back seat then went on to check his hair on the mirror. Cleaned the sand from his clothes. Meanwhile Sai was continuously shouting at him to hurry.
"What the hell are you doing? You won't even get a refund. What if we didn't get seat in the next flight?. . . She went on
"Sai!!!! relax. Flight is at 10 am. We aren't late" he softly held her and assured.
"What didn't you say this earlier" She scolded by gaving a smack on his chest
"Ouchh!!!! Lagi mujhe!" He acted
"Lagi na? Good very good! Chaliye ab. There is sand everywhere in my clothes" she cutely complained
With some more sweet and sour banter added with flirtatious dialogues they came back to Nagpur. It will always be the most memorable trip for both of them.
Virat threw his bag on the sofa and went on to lie on his bed, still lost in the face of his night star under the Oceanic sound.
Sunny and Mohit entered his room and watched him blushing, giggling, sparking smiles for several minutes.
"Virat ji. Do you have some time for us?" Sunny sarcastically said
He looked at them strangely starting at him. It took him some time to come out of his euphoric state
"Tum dono? Yaha?" He asked, shockingly.
"Haanji! I knew you won't tell me anything on your own. I had to come here" Sunny said "Mohit! Pakad ise!" He ordered. Both of them went to held him tightly like policemen holding any theif.
"What did I not tell you?" Virat asked while trying to free himself from their grip
"Sit here" Sunny pushed him to the sofa. While both of them sat infront of him like investigating officers.
"Sunny bhaiya was telling me that you took Sai to Mumbai for some work" Mohit said. Virat gave a look to Sunny.
"Kya? Don't look at me like that. Don't forget we are the ones who took so much of risk to convince Sai to move to that flat. So technically we are the first cupid for your love story." Sunny stated. Virat was surprised to know how does he already know about it.
"Look at him Mohit! This man haven't told me anything yet" Sunny dramatically said
"There is nothing like that, okay! I was about to tell you both. I just got busy with few things" Virat tried to clarify
"Things or you got busy in living your love life" Sunny teased "So you called her to confess that day?"
"She confessed first. I was in a confused and denial mode" Virat shared
"I knew it! Tujhse kuch nhi hoga" Sunny laughed
"I too was betting on Sai Vahini" Mohit joined in
"Kya? I would have done that. It's just she did that before me" Virat defended, inside he was happily surprised on how Mohit had already started adding 'Vahini' with Sai's name. That itself was an acceptance from his side. Virat felt a little relieved thinking that at least he would be having one member less to convince.
"Fine. Let's just forgive you for once, considering it a mistake done in love. Jaa baccha ja Sunny Baba ne maaf kiya( Be happy, Sunny baba has forgiven you)" Sunny tried to sound serious
"Bahut meherbani aapki (Much Thankful to you)" Virat too dramatically replied
"Listen to me one thing very clearly. Don't let anyone in the family comes to know about it" he warned
"We have been hiding it better than you" Sunny said
After some more leg pulling and goofing around with Virat, Sunny left
"You know you have a long way to go Dada! All the best" Mohit said and walked out. Virat knew what he was referring too, he might have to fight almost a war with his family. But he didn't want to think about all that for a moment. He wanted to enjoy his life to the fullest.
Pulling her brain out from the fuddle of her first ever trip with her Virat sir, Sai focused her mind into her books. Later in the night, the door bell rang. Presuming it to be Virat she jumpingly ran to the door, crashing her momentary joy Sunny greeted her with a smile.
"Sorry for disturbing you at this time. I just wanted to talk to you" Sunny said
"Please come" she welcomed him in and offered a glass of water. He kept staring at here and there, framing sentences in his mind.
"Is there any problem bhaiya?" Sai herself asked, giving him third glass of water
"Ha. . . Virat told me about you guys. You know Virat shows himself as a tough guy. He is much fearless when it comes to his work. But when it comes to matters related to his family and friends he always takes decision with his heart. He never thinks of his happiness. If he ever does any foolish things that he sometimes does, please try to understand him please don't leave him ever." He solemnly requested
"I didn't love him to leave" she gave an assured smile
"One more thing! You met his family right? Whenever they comes to know about you both. They might try their best to separate you both. But I don't have much tension about that. I knew you will be able to deal with them. Chavans are going to have a tough time." He giggled
"Wo toh hai! Ab risk le hi liya hai to lad bhi lenge (now that I have taken the risk I will fight it all)" she dramatically said and laughted
"Chalo, you continue with your studies. I will leave" he got up to leave
"You are really a great friend" Sai said
"Just say this in front of that idiot as well" Sunny joked "though I am his friend but I will be from your side, okay" he said. She smiled in response.
"Don't tell him about our convo" Sunny said
"Don't worry it will be our secret" Sai said by giving him a hi-fi to him. He left with a smile. Sai indeed found an elder brother in him that day. . .
