An unknown number displayed on Sai's phone. But she wasn't surprised by that she was more surprise to see her phone ringing. She herself calls Usha Maushi. Rest of villagers only calls her only on weekends.
"Hello" she said
"Hello, Miss Sai Joshi?" A man said in a husky voice
"Yes, who is this?" she asked
"Sanjay Sharma speaking" He replied
"Yes, Uncle" she confusingly replied then checked the date on her phone. She wondered why her landlord was calling her in the middle of the month
"I have an important matter to discuss. My son is returning from US to live with us. So we immediately need to renovate the house according to him" He explained
"But you told me he is doing MBA. So why is he returning in the middle of the session" she questioned back
The man on the phone hassled. The answer of that question wasn't there on the script in his hand. He helplessly looked at the three man staring at him.
Sunny immediately muted the phone kept in the middle of the table.
"I should have known whom we are dealing with" Virat smiled
"Just say, he is not liking there" Sunny suggested
"You know youth these days. He is not liking it there" He un-muted the phone and recited the exact words
"Okhkay, When do you want me to handover the house?" she asked
"This Sunday!"
"How will I get another room in the middle of the month??" She worried
"Beta. . . beta . . .Beta. . .(He said thrice because it was written three times on the paper) You don't need to worry. You can shift to my friend's pent house near your college. It's a fully furnished house. I will return your deposit money as the compensation. I will help you in logging and boarding too" He said
"Okay" She replied after a pause
"Thank you beta. I will send you the address"
"Yes, You can the address and number of the new landlord. Tell me when do I have to meet him for the house rent agreement" She said
"Ji beta" he hung up the call and took a sigh of relief
"Thank you so much, Sir for helping us" Virat said to Sanjay.
"It's fine, Sir. You have already helped me to get another tenant. So there isn't any loss. But Sir please make sure that girl don't face any problem. She is really a nice girl" He politely said and left.
"House rent agreement! She is smarter than I thought. But what will you do now? If she came to know about you she will never accept" Mohit said
