Today was the big day! Ben, Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Victor, again for some reason were going up to space. Y/N was worried about her brother going to space as any little sister or person in general would feel - It's space for goodness' sake!
Y/N decided to calm down her nerves a bit by calling her brother who was at Reed's apartment in the Baxter Building. She rang him up hoping he was still there and to get the phone.
"Hello? Reed Richards apartment, he can't talk right now... He's playing with flowers." Ben says laughing as Reed glances at him annoyingly but silently laughs at his best friend.
"Glad to know Reed still has you around to pick on him." Y/N laughs hard at her brother wishing she could be there with them to see them off.
"Y/N! Hey little sis, how have you been?" Ben knew what happened between Johnny and Y/N at the café since he was the first person, she called to talk about it with him. He never liked Johnny after what happened and when he worked with him at NASA after the flight simulator incident with the two wannabe Victoria Secret models...
"I'm alright, just worried about you going to space and that I won't be able to say goodbye to you in person so here I am on the phone with you." she said sitting in her window on the downstairs level of her town home watching the leaves fall.
"About that... Get dressed, you're coming on the flight with Reed and I so you can see us launch off into space, Last minute sibling bonding." Ben was excited and hoped Y/N would go, She is his little sister after all and getting to hang out with her before he leaves to space would be the best.
"I'LL BE READY IN 3 MINUTES AND SEE YOU OUTSIDE REED'S BUILDING." Y/N yelled excitedly, hanging up the phone and running to her closet grabbing a small carry-on bag throwing clothes in it. She was so excited to spend time and see her brother go off into space, as she finished getting ready, she rushed to Reed's building preparing herself for all the emotions she was going to be feeling but also for seeing Johnny yet once again...
-- At the Launch Station --
Ben sadly found out he wouldn't be flying this trip instead it would be Johnny and as much as Reed and Y/N found that a little hilarious... Ben did not. All three of them were out watching Johnny arrive on his motorcycle of course followed by making out with some random girl...
"Course he found a stray." Y/n said, pushing the binoculars into her brother's hands and marching back inside angrily. "Just another great reason for getting over him." She headed back to the room they all were meeting in shortly followed by Ben who put his arm around his angry little sister.
"Aw, don't worry about it kid. You deserve better." He smiled and made his way to his area unzipping his bag looking at a photo of him and Debbie "Miss you already Debbs" he whispered silently as Y/N rolled her eyes annoyed at the photo of him and Debbie.
The three of them sat there in silence, Reed looking over his research double checking everything, Ben getting ready to go to space and Y/N just silently reading to herself in the corner when suddenly they hear someone come in yelling.
"CAPTAIN ON THE BRIDGE!"
Suddenly a flash goes off as Ben is standing there attentively like a soldier, Y/N looked up from her book seeing Johnny with a digital camera wearing this blue swan lake tight suit... Which she couldn't help but think he didn't look too bad in it.
