Riley POV (in the car)
"Riley it will be fine." my mom told me
"what if no one likes me?" I asked her
"how can no one like you." my dad told me "your the best." He gave me a reassuring smile
I just nodded. but I knew for sure they were Wrong. hi my name Is Riley Matthews and I'm 13 years old today's my first day of school and I know for a fact it won't go well. we arrived at school and my stomach was already in knots I wallked the halls and then all of a sudden bumped into someone.
"ow" I said rubbing my head
"hey watch were your going." I heard a males voice say. I looked up and saw a boy with blonde hair and green eyes and he looked mad "sorry" I said getting up "whatever" he said walking away. "what a jerk" I said to myself.
I got my books out of my locker when I shut it I saw a short blonde girl.
"hi I'm maya." she Said with a smile
"Riley" I said sticking out my hand for her to shake it.
"nice to meet you Riley." she said shaking my hand. "Wanna be friends." she asked me
I smiled "sure. we should get to class." I said to her
she rolled her eyes playfully. "ok" she said and we headed to class.
"so you like anyone." I nudged her side playfully she started blushing.
"well" she started to say
"I knew it." I said jumping up and down "who is?"
"he's name is Bradley Steven Perry." She said
aww that's so cute I started fangirling
"so you like anyone?" she asked changing the subject
"um not really" I said
we walked in class and my eyes bugged out when I saw who was sitting behind me it was the guy who was rude to me earlier. great note sarcasm.
"who is that guy?" I whispered to maya pointing behide my seat.
"that's Lucas friar." she whispered back. "the bad boy."
this is gonna be a long day I thought to myself. I sat down in my seat and faced the bored. I felt a tap on my shoulder i turned my head and it was Lucas I rolled my eyes. "what" I snapped at him.
he looked taken back a little. "chill princess. I just wanted to say hi." he said to me
"look I know who you are a bad boy and i don't want anything to do with you." i spat at him and whipped my head to the bored
