"Hello there. I wasn't expecting you to visit me." Portugal stood there not knowing what was going on.

"Can we go inside? I want to ask you some important questions." My rather monotone voice and serious face alarmed Portugal that something wasn't right. He moved hesitantly aside from the door and let us in.

Quickle I gave a short glance on my surroundings. To make sure there wasn't any sharp or heavy objects that could be used as a weapon. A bunch of papers were scattered across the floor and bed. I didn't have the time to read it, but I assume those are work documents.

Portugal closed the door behind us and immediately apologized, "I'm sorry for the mess. I had barely time to organize my work and I didn't expect any visitors."

He noticed the silent tension in the air. Austria stood next to the door while I was standing in the middle of the room. Portugal in between us got anxious and asked me," Is there something wrong? How is your arm and leg?"

"I'm alright. Thank you for asking." I briefly answered and started to ask him, "Do you remember our conversation in the infirmary? Before Poland woke up after his operation."

"Pfff- Germany please. I admit that I do have a good memory, but it's been days and I can't remember about what we talked before." He explained with a sheepishly smile.

But his smile quickly vanished as my stern expression didn't change. I repeated that one sentence he told me on that day, "He's lucky that the murderer didn't use a saw. Do you remember saying that?"

Portugal furrowed his brows, trying to understand why I was asking him about it. Until he realized his mistake. For a second panic was shown on his face, but he quickly regained himself.

I used the moment of silence and continued, "Why a saw? You could have said a knife, rope, crowbar. You could say any kind of weapons, but you mentioned a saw."

Portugal stood silent.

"Not only that, but you also lied to me about your connection with China. Both of your hands were scratched which I assume from the murder weapon and at the moment when you denied giving an improvised blood transfusion on Poland, your attitude made a 180 degree turn when I mentioned about a second killer. As if you wanted to blame your killing on the second murderer."

"You assume that I'm the murderer?" Portugal questioned me in a monotone calm way. I was ready for any attacks or panic from the doctor, but to my surprise he stayed calm. Even after I accused him of being the murderer.

I nodded to which the man reacted by only shaking his head in disbelief. With pity in his eyes he looked at me and asked, "The stress surely clouded your mind. Tell me do you have any evidence that I killed my previous patient, breaking my doctor code and risking losing my job and freedom? For what even?"

"Didn't China charged your clinic? That sounds like a motive for murder."

"Yeah if I'm a psychopath." He countered, "Listen Germany your theory does sound interesting and would be correct, if I really killed him, but it sounds completely delusional. His charges could damage my clinic's reputation, but life goes on. I will still be able to accept patients and rebuild my clinic's name."

I stood silent and listened to his explanation. In the background I could see Austria who looked at me with doubt. Portugal did have a point, but I'm certain that he's the murderer. No one knew what the murderer used. So it has to be him.

"You don't have any alibis that proves your innocence." I mentioned and he immediately spoke defensively, "And you don't have any evidence to prove that I'm the murderer."
