Welcome back!

I'm sorry that I took so long with the QnA. Let's start with the questioning.

Let's hope the tags works because wattpad sometimes hates me and pretends that it doesn't work.

To the author: how did you come up with the idea for the story?

Well the setting and big part of the story I got inspired by "The murder on the Orient express." book from Agatha Christie. I love the setting and the character representing how one action affects others causing a domino effect. I can really recommend reading her books. There is also movie adaptation that is okay.

I wanted to write a CH book that is pure fiction. As much as I love historical stories or filled with real life facts I sometimes crave completely made up stories that has countries in it. What I love in the Fandom is that everybody has their own view of a country.

On top of that I love crime thrillers. I like watching Columbo, Monk, Kommissar Rex, Bones and of course books from Agatha Christie, Sebastian Fitzek and many more.

And I have some members of my family that uhm... Let's say they have a little dispute with the police...including substance abuse. Welp at least I can use my knowledge for something useful...like writing fictional crime stories.

To the author: In the book was mentioned about two gangs. One is the red sickle, but what is the other one?

Uhm yeah at the beginning my idea was that the two gangs was a cold war reference, but I kinda forgot this plot hole after seeing that America wouldn't really fit as a gang boss. Maybe it does? I'm still not sure.

To Austria: Do you want a new violin? They're willing to give you one.

Austria: No thanks. It's really nice of you, but I'll try to find someone who could repair it. My violine was expensive and it has a lot sentimental value. I can't replace it.

Hungary: It's just a piece of wood.

Austria: You're a piece of wood!

To Italy: How is working with Vatican?

Italy: It's good. He's still mad at me and I have to wake up at 4 am to work at the church, but I guess it's still better than pretending to be dead and living with a new identity.

Except when it's Sunday. Try to imagine having to wake up in the morning before the sun even rises, only to prepare an hour long service for a mob of walking mummies that are eyeing you like vultures, waiting until you make a small mistake so they have something to complain. It's a lot of fun!

To the author: What role has Third Reich in the story? The same question goes to East.

Third is barely mentioned in the story because I didn't want him to be any part of the story. There are already countless other books having him in it and I had zero idea how to insert a person who beliefs in pure blood humans are based on having blond hair, blue eyes and the perfect face/body proportion. That's why I threw him in prison and stay there the rest of his life. It's a easy way to throw away unwanted characters.

For East I want to write more as I have many ideas for him, but it didn't fit in the story. So he only get mentioned a couple of times and nothing more.

I do plan to insert him in my next story. So I can't really say much now.

To Hungary: Will you ever confess?

Hungary: Nope.

Austria shouting from background: You're a wimp!

H: Shut up!

A: You will live forever alone and die a long sad painful death.

H: ...

H: What is wrong with you?

A: Everything.

Okay let's move to the next question while Hungary gives Austria a free therapy session.

To Poland: Do you like Hungary and would you go on a date with him?

Poland: Of course I like Hungary. He helped me a lot and I feel save around him, but I don't think something like a date will ever happen. It's not that I wouldn't like it, but he definitely doesn't want it. I'm causing too much trouble and I have a really hard time with showing affections. Only a complete idiot without taste would want to be in a relationship with someone like me.

To the author: Will there be a book two or another book at the same timeline as this.

Oh yes there's gonna be a second book. The second story has an one year time jump from the first book. Once again with Germany as the main character solving crime in a big urban city. Some characters from first book will come back and many new ones will appear.

I'm not sure when I will post the second book because I still need to finish the cover, but I might publish it in a couple of days.

I will announce it here when it's ready.

And that's it with the QnA. I want to thank you all for being there on the journey, for liking it and I hope the second book will be for you as entertaining as the first one.
