day before valentines day 

i walked up and down the mall looking for stuff to buy mattia and i couldn't find anything . i didn't want to drive all the way to freaking netherland to buy stuff . since mattia always spend money on me after i told him not to i decided i do something instead . 

i finally found this one store that wasn't as packed that had a lot of good stuff for him . if i knew the mall was gonna be this packed i would have came last month and got all this stuff . i just grabbed alot of stuff for him and payed for it because i had other things to do . 

30 minutes later i walked out of the mall with at least 10 different bags , and of course two of them where for me . i backed out of the parking lot. 

as i was driving my phone started ringing and i checked but it was a number that wasnt saved in my phone . 

" hello is this um.. y/n hernandez" 

" yes this is she... who is this ?" 

" oh this is Macys Floral Decor , we were calling in about your order " 

" oh im sorry yes , pickup for tmr at 2:30 p.m right " 

" yes ma'am , red , black , and white roses right " 

" yes thats correct " 

" okay your all set , we just wanted to confirm before starting the order "

" okay thank you have a great day "

i finally made it home after a long day of shopping . i have never really done anything like this but there is a first time to everything right ? i walked in the house only to be greeted by riley . i put all the bags at the door and petted her for a bit . 

" need to use the bathroom huh?" i say as of a reply to her whining . i walked into the kitchen and grabbed her leash from the dog basket . 

" alright come here girl " i put the leash on her collar and put on some slides . it wasn't as dark as i thought and the weather was pretty nice for her . 

i walk on the sidewalk while listening to music in my airpods .  

a few feet ahead of me i noticed someone else who was walking their dog and because of it riley started running towards the dog . 

" RILEY RILEYYY GET BACK HERE " i scream running after the dog . " RILEY I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DONT GET OVER HERE " 

" MARCO NOT FUCKING AGAIN" the other person screams while running towards the two dogs . " omg im so sorry , he doesnt know how to act when he sees other pets " 

" im sorry for such a little dog she sure runs fast " i gasp for some air . " y/n" 

" liam" he reach his hand out to shake mine . i didn't want to be rude so i shaked his hand back . this boy is fairly attractive but not as attractive as mattia . i reach down and pick up rileys leash from the floor and wrap it around my hand so she doesn't get loose again . 

" such a pretty name for a beautiful women " he smiles . " thank you " i reply to his compliment . something about this boys eyes just made me draw to him , not that type of way though . 

" ive always lived here and never really seen you before " he says trying to build convo . " oh i never really come outside but ever since i got riley ive atleast started coming out here everyday now" i say and we just started walking with our dogs . 

" oh when did you get her ?" he asked looking at me . 

" my boyfriend got her for me on christmas " i say and his eyes widen . 

" so you have a boyfriend ? " he stops . " yes i do " 

" i couldn't see why you wouldn't , your really beautiful " he says . 

" thank you again " i say . 

" welp this is my stop , you should come outside more often " he encourages and walks up to his house . 

i begin to walk back to my house and put rileys leash up and lock her in the cage with her stuffed toy and walked up stairs.

10:45 a.m 

i got up from bed and got ready for the day , i have a nail appointment to go to . i put something comfortable yet decent clothes because i didnt feel like doing all that dressy stuff right now . i went down stairs and ate and gave riley her food and water . 

i walked to the car and got in . i first stopped to get gas because i didn't have any and then i did everything else i was supposed to do . 

i went to target and picked up three bottles of wine , some flowers and chocolate for mattias parents. i went to party city and got some balloons and decorations for tonight . 

i couldn't wait to see the look on mattias face when he sees everything . after i did all of this i went and got my nails done .
