Iwamoto has been in love with his best friend Midoriya Izuku for years now. He always told Izuku he'd go to the same high school as him, and then the same University, but Midoriya always maintained that he'd become a hero and go to U.A. 

So now that Izuku's got a quirk and is seriously training for U.A, Chiharu has to start training with his own quirk. He's got his own pro hero mentor too. Its his quirk isn't really suited to becoming a hero.
