When an old wizard and 13 dwarves show up at Bilbo Baggins' door, his adoptive sister, Elvira Raegon, jumps at the chance to help them on their adventure. Elvira joins some old friends and a company of dwarves on their quest to reclaim Erebor. She makes lifelong friends, makes lots of memories, encounters lots of hardships and a lot of Orcs, but most importantly, she falls in love. All rights reserved to JRR Tolkien.

Tina Okenshield is the only child of Thorin Okenshield. When Thorin's wife dies he is heart broken and has help from Dis and Balin to raise Tina. At the age of 9 Tina walks through a wood with her cousins Fili and Kili. During the walk they find a sword lying on the floor. The sword catches her eye and she is transported into our world. What happens when Tina is thrown back into the Middle Earth, were she discovers her real family and who she is.

Why is Thorin so cold when it comes to almost anything? Is it for losing his grandfather or his father? Maybe it goes a bit deeper and farther back than that.

"leave them alone you Filth" a low menacing voice boomed thru the halls of the goblin king. "Gandalf, who's that?" Ellendil let the arrow fly from her bow as she said, "I orcs gar- reached i fen!" She jumped over an orc and slid her sword through its back as she turned her gaze on the elf behind her. "Híril Ellendil, I orcs will nia nor- ammen!" the elf said. Ellendil blinked and looked around. "No, they won't," she said when she finally spotted what/who she was looking for. Without a moment's hesitation she flung herself into the fray, striking down any orc that got in her way. Blood splattered her face and finally, she leaped into a tree, drew her bow and loaded an arrow. "Híril Ellendil!" The moon shone in the night sky, and the cold chill of the night air made her breath chilling. She stared at the roaring figure and muttered, "Take down the leader, and you take down the army." Time seemed to stop as she let the arrow fly. It sped through the air slowly, and even slower, the head of the huge figure turned. But it was too late. The arrow struck him in the head, and he fell, dead. "Elldendil! Bellow cin!" Legolas called through the retreating orcs. The tree was shaking, and the orcs swarmed it. Ellendil let more arrows fly, but before she could leap to another tree the branch snapped and she fell into black. * * * Ellendil, younger sister to Legolas, and daughter to Thranduil longs to see beyond Mirkwood. Her deepest desire was to explore beyond Mirkwood, and she did not keep it hidden. With many attempts to escape she is confined to the kingdom and not allowed to enter the trees. In the end she gives up her dream, but all that changes when she meets Elmen. And across the land in Lothlórien the daughter of Galadriel, Elbereth, has not yet found her true love. And in Rivendell, the sister of Arwen and daughter of Elrond, Luthien, is striving to be the best medic she can be. (Ellendil, Elmen, Luthien, and Elbereth are my fanfiction characters. she was driving home one night after work. she didn't think the roads were too bad but she lost control. all she can remember is skidding off the road into a ditch, then everything went dark. she wasn't supposed to wake up in another world. every night before she fell asleep she thought about what her life would be like if she fell into one of her favorite books, and that's precisely what happened. she fell into middle earth. upon realizing where she was and what would occur she could barely fathom if any of this was even real. she grew up on this story. she had always loved it too. as a child, she would fantasize about what it would be like to fight dragons and meet dwarves. this was her chance so, she formulated a plan. 1. she'd join them on that quest, no matter what it took. 2. she'd save them all. at any cost. even her own life. 3. they'd all get the happy ending they deserved in the original story. a/n: I'm writing this for all the people who dreamt of living in the fantasy worlds of their favorite books. live that dream through this story.
