In Chapter 1, Folasade and David, a young Nigerian couple, arrive at Waverly Place, a restaurant with an irresistible reputation: every meal is said to change lives. From the moment they step inside, the warm glow of the restaurant's exterior gives way to an eerie stillness. The menu offers dishes with names that both intrigue and unsettle, 'Bloody Ribs,' 'Killer Apple Pie', and the staff, polite to the point of discomfort, seem to be watching their every move. As the night unfolds, what begins as a romantic dinner turns into something much darker. Why does it feel like they were meant to be here? And what price will they pay for this so-called life-changing experience?

The story is set in a fictional heaven, Heaven District 2 (religionists please take note). Heaven District 2 is where good people go when they die but it seems some Nigerians managed to infiltrate there and caused mayhem. The genre of this work is comedy. However,it contains satire, that's why I will be calling it SATIRICAL COMEDY. Satire is a literary device which entails the use of humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues. I will be using epistolary narrative to write this series. An epistolary narrative tells a story or novel through letters, diaries or other personal documents. A good example is Dracula by Bram Stocker. And such work is called epistolary novel. Stay tuned 😁

A fresh reimagining of the beloved Boys Over Flowers ~ F4 series-originally born from the iconic Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango and adapted into hit dramas and films across Asia-this version transports the timeless tale to the lush shores of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. At Aliʻi Academy, power comes wrapped in designer labels-and nothing is more feared than the "Red Pua." Lehua Kuana, a scholarship sophomore from the North Shore, wants nothing more than to keep her head down. But when she stands up to the school's golden boy, Kaikoa "Koa" Aliʻi, leader of Nā Pua ʻEhā-the rich, handsome, and untouchable F4-she earns the Red Pua herself. Now every student is against her. But Lehua refuses to bow. And that defiance might just be the one thing Koa-and his equally magnetic friends Noa, Kai, and Liko-can't ignore. In a battle of pride, loyalty, and unexpected sparks, one thing is certain: in Hawaiʻi, even the fiercest waves start small.

Hijinks and young love are almost more than Pineapple Sam can handle. This book takes you on a teenager’s journey of playing pranks, hiding trouble from your dad, and the nervousness that comes with falling in love. Everyone has those stories they remember from their teen years. The ones that you gather around during the holidays or at a class reunion and wonder how in the world you didn’t get arrested, injured, or even killed. You remember your crazy hijinks and the fluttery feeling of falling in love. This book takes you on a trip of times past and of friendships forged. Take a walk on the wild side as the story opens with Pineapple Sam and his friends. The laughter flows from the first splash of water, to the less than slick getaway, and beyond.
