Kokichi kept his gaze fixated on the window.
The light slowly dimming outside.

He went to grab a water, but passed out on the way.

"Your lungs aren't looking well, if you aren't aware of that. Hanahaki? Correct?" The doctor started.
Mikan fiddled with paper files, finding more information, "K-k-kokichi, what's y-your pl-plans?"
Kokichi looked over, "I'm thinking."
"You should think faster. It is harder to remove it forwards the final stages. More possibilities of death." The doctor pointed out.
Kokichi nodded.
He didn't want the surgery for some reason.
He was considering it.
"How much longer do I have?" Kokichi asked.
The doctor looked at the x-ray, "Maybe three weeks, if you're lucky."
