The couple were walking on the crowded streets of the main city still standing close to each other. They walked into a mall and Danny was instantly dragged into multiple stores by Peter. They were looking around for any gifts for the group and even looking for presents for each other. Peter already had two bags when he was looking around in a jewelry store. He felt like he was out of place since he was the only one who was standing around the showcase of jewelry while everyone else were roaming around him.
He was thinking to himself of what kind of present should he buy Danny now that Danny went to another shop. He began to wonder if Danny would look good in a necklace now that he's been constantly wearing his mom's gold locket around his neck; but he can't find one that he could see Danny in. Same with bracelets and earrings; even though Danny doesn't even have piercings. He was eyeing to a black leather watch with a silver case around the watch dial and there was similar watch beside it but the strap was more thinner than the first one and had instead a gold case.
He decided to buy it along with two different necklaces for Aunt May and MJ. He had walked out the store to meet up with Danny in the middle of the mall where there were benches in the middle of the mall floor. Peter notices Danny waiting patiently on the bench with his phone in hand and felt his mouth form a smile when he saw him; but it fades and stops when he sees a random girl start approaching and talking to Danny. He couldn't make out what they were saying but the girl had quickly left to her friend and walked away. He quickly walked over to Danny who had turned to him and instantly formed a bright smile.
Danny:Hey love, did you get what you wanted to buy?
*he asked as Peter sat on the wooden bench beside him and placed the bags on the floor. Peter gazes at Danny who looked like a puppy that he couldn't help but to blush*
Peter:I did...what store did you go?
Danny:I went to the food court since we haven't eaten today
*Peter stared as Danny places a bag of food in between them and hands him a white foam box with food inside*
Where did you go love? Did you buy something?
Peter:...I did, I went to a jewelry store to buy something for Aunt May and MJ...who was the girl that you were talking to?
Danny:Someone who wanted my number
Peter:Oh...I'm not surprised since you are handsome
Danny:I'm not, you're more handsome than I am
Peter:Don't start arguing with me about that again...so did you give it to her?
Danny:No, I told her that I'm in a relationship with a guy
Peter:...aren't you worried that she might have recognized you as the handsome billionaire?
Danny:I'm not
Peter:...well at least you were honest that you weren't interested or else I would have filled your lungs with my webbing
Danny:You know I wouldn't hurt you like that love
Peter:...so who were you texting?
Danny:Jessica, I wanted to check up on how Ava is holding up
Peter:I'm shocked that you two are now texting buddies
Danny:So was Jessica, you should have stayed and saw her face when I asked to exchange numbers
*Peter had let out a faint laugh*
Peter:Hmp...so what did she say?
Danny:Ava is not awake yet and the others are still training with Janet
Peter:...are you sure you still want to be around me? Ava might be looking for you when she wakes up
Danny:It'll be fine love...can I have a bite?
*he asked shyly as Peter looks at his opened food and he nods while uses the fork to stab into the chicken salad and place it into Danny's mouth. He smiled as he pulls the fork away and began to eat but his spider sense had went off; he looked around for any sense of danger but he didn't see anything out of the ordinary in a floor full of people*
What's wrong love?
Peter:Nothing...I just gotten a chill, nothing serious
Danny:Are you cold? Do you want me to give you my jacket?
Peter:It's fine...
(That's...odd, I felt like someone was looking at me but I don't know where, it wasn't going off at Danny again wasn't it? No, if it did then I would have done something to scare him again...and it only goes off whenever Danny touches me whenever I'm distracted, so it can't be him...)
Do you want another bite?
*he asked as the plastic fork had chicken and lettuce again, Danny responded with a small nod with red on his face. Peter fed it to him again as he was keeping an eye out from his spider sense tingling again*

They both walked out of the mall after they finished eating while they were locking arms with each other. Danny was holding Peter's bags as Peter would look around from his sudden spider sense. Danny had noticed Peter's distraction and looked around for anything to attract Peter's distraction from. He eagerly drags Peter to a food truck at the end of the street. Peter stood beside Danny who was ordering and he felt his head tingle again; he turned around right where he saw a dark figure disappear from the distance in a crowd of people. He felt an arm lock around his and he notices that it was Danny who had already paid with his treat in his hand; they both began to walk away from the food truck as Danny looks at Peter's disturbed expression.
Danny:What's wrong Pete?
Peter:Nothing...what did you buy?
Danny:I bought a waffle ice cream cone, I heard from Emma once that she wanted to invite me out to try on but I never had the chance
Peter:I did heard that it's good...have you even talked to Emma recently?
Danny:I haven't
Peter:When are you planning on talking to her? It's almost Christmas and you should give her a card or something
Danny:...Would she even like that?
Peter:You're asking me? What does Emma like?
*Danny went silent*
You don't know do you?
Danny:I don't...we don't really talk about things like that
Peter:Then you two should talk more often than just sticking around with me
Danny:Sorry~, do you want a bite love?
*he offers the waffle cone to Peter who had shook his head*
Peter:How can you eat ice cream in this time of weather? You even ate more than I did and yet you're eating more
Danny:I thought you knew that to summon my iron fist I need to eat more than others
Peter:Oh right...you eat a lot and you still look like you haven't gained a pound
Danny:I still look the same since I would train with you remember? You've been doing most of the work but it's still been making me fit
Peter:Then I guess I should say you're welcome for always throwing you around in SHIELD...so no luck on your iron fist huh?
Danny:Not yet, I thought I would get my iron fist by now but it's taking longer than I expected
Peter:I did told you that you can't rush it or you'll get worse
Danny:I'll get my fists back now that I have you watching over me
*he rests his head on Peter's shoulder with a fond smile*
Peter:That's cute of you to say...
*he smiled softly as he gazes down to Danny's head and looks away with a small frown*
So you don't need to buy anything else right?
Danny:I don't...how 'bout you love?
Peter:No...we should be able to get back home in an hour if we take the train
Danny:I could call my driver to drive us back home
Peter:It'll take longer from the traffic and snow, it's better to take the train
*he and Danny walks down the sidewalk past people while Danny finishes his waffle cone before they arrive to the train station. They both stopped as they heard a car beep from beside them; a black limo had parked beside them and when the back right window had rolled down, Peter suddenly was behind Danny who looked protective when he made contact with Adrienne. She wore her usual grin as she faces Danny's furious expression*
Adrienne:Mr.Rand, it's been a while since we last saw each other...how about I drop you two off while we have a small chat?
Danny:Peter...
Peter:What?
Danny:Get on the train and head home, I'll be there soon
Adrienne:There's no need to let him go off on his own, he can come in too Mr.Rand, I won't bite
Peter:...Danny no....we should head home toge-
Danny:No, you leave first while I talk with her
Adrienne:Don't be that way Mr.Rand, you don't know if he might have trouble on the way home...aren't you worried about his safety the most?
Peter felt his arm being free from Danny locking arms with him and had felt his hand being tightly grabbed. He felt his hand get released while Danny steps inside the limo receiving a exaggerated gasp from Adrienne. Danny looks at him and looks away as the window rolled up, Peter had let out a small sigh as he walks away to the train station. Danny had a cold glare to Adrienne who was pouring a glass bottle into her glass wine cup that was filled with bubbling champagne. She places the glass bottle on the small bar in front of her and she crosses her leg over the other and glances at Danny with a grin.
Adrienne:How was school so far Mr.Rand? Did you deal with any finals like how my sister did?
Danny:We did
Adrienne:Knowing you, you must have passed all the exams...how's your brother and sister?
Danny:Why are you here Adrienne?
Adrienne:...for business, with father gone I have to be in charge for everything now
Danny:Where is your father anyway?
Adrienne:Possibly hooking up with a younger woman in Paris for a business trip
Danny:Sounds serious, it's a family matter so shouldn't you talk about this with your siblings and mother?
Adrienne:Mother is too foolish and blind to see anything wrong with him and Emma is too scared to ask him! How embarrassing isn't it? I wonder how Emma even belongs to our family, we're so different...
Danny:...Emma doesn't know that you're here does she?
Adrienne:Oh she knows...she knows that I'm talking to you right now, she wanted to talk to you privately but she instructed it to me to talk to you instead
Danny:Which is?
Adrienne:First lets talk about your relationship...my father knows about it now
Danny:We know, isn't that why you placed a camera in my office?
Adrienne:I didn't expect you were gay with your own roommate, you must have enjoyed bragging about it when you two were hooking up on the couch together
Danny:I did that to piss you off so I'm glad to know that it did

Danny:So did you, you dared to attack my boyfriend and stalk us, what did you expect would happen when I found out?
Adrienne:You caught me! Sure I did send some people to mess you up but I didn't expect you would end up threatening one of them...you sure are violent, if I recall what the guy said he said "He tried to cut my men's fingers with his own knife"
Danny:I could have done so if I didn't have my boyfriend around
Adrienne:If I were you...I would have cut his hands off so he wouldn't dare do that again...you gave him mercy
Danny:Scaring him was enough, is that all you wanted to talk about? What were you hoping to achieve by doing all of this?
Adrienne:I clearly did it for enjoyment
Danny:...you rather stalk me than do any other hobbies? Your life must be boring
Adrienne:I also did it for my little sister Emma...I was wondering why you wouldn't marry her but now I know...you were too busy jacking off with your male roommate than doing business, people like you two deserve to be put in a mental asylum
Danny:What about stalkers like you? I'm sure mental asylums allow stalkers and sadists in as well

*she places a single red spider tracer on the bar desktop in front of him. His eyes slightly widened but still remained calm and clueless*
Danny:What is this?
Adrienne:Hm? You don't recognize it Mr.Rand? If I may explain it then it's a tracker and a camera that has been spying my every move, it was also stalking Emma too
Danny:Who ever had done that then they had wanted to make you experience the same creepiness as I did from being stalked and attacked
Adrienne:As a rich person like yourself, you must have an idea of who was brilliant enough to create this
Danny:...wouldn't a normal person take that to the police and let them do all the work?
Adrienne:Ah you're right...but I rather not give an amazing talent up, I've been thinking of hiring this person to create countless more of these to sell for my company
Danny:...you're not mad?
Adrienne:Why should I be? It's creative and each one of them would be priceless in the markets, father would be pleased to meet this wonderful inventor and bring him in to work in our company...you won't have an issue with that will you Mr.Rand?
Danny:...do what you want...Emma had came across one too didn't she?
Adrienne:Of course she did! Haha she was terrified! It was a sight for sore eyes to see her frightened over a small machine, the trackers had made me suspicious if it was you who planned this...we had placed a camera in your office and now you plant us each a tracker to spy on us. Hahahaha how brilliant of you if you actually wanted to blackmail each of us on something! This mastermind is clearly someone you know...does anyone come to mind?
Danny:...no one, if I did then I would have hired them myself...
(I'll hire Peter into a proper scolding for this mess...)
Peter had let out a two small sneezes as he was sitting in the train heading towards Queens. He wondered if he gotten a small cold from being outside for so long despite how close and getting himself warming up to Danny. He looks down to the bag of the jewelry and watch he bought for Danny and being asking himself if Danny would like it or not. Knowing him, Danny would might as well accept it, even if Peter gave him a trash bin as a present Danny would still cherish it like a baby. Peter's spider sense began to pick up again and he turned around to his right. He couldn't anything looking at him other than an old lady and a mother with her child sitting on his further right side with a cloaked man sitting beside them. Peter squinted his eyebrows together in suspicion of the man and he turns away while gripping on the bags. Peter began wondering if the spider sense can warn him when someone is following and watching him like it did when he found the camera and recorder in Danny's office. He began to think of why did it warn him before, was it because he was with Danny? It wouldn't make sense since he was with Danny as well when he found the recorder under his desk. There was still things he have to learn about his spider sense that Danny won't be able to catch up on or be willing to know since it would go off around him whenever he tries to touch and calm him down on something. He hopes Danny is fine during his talk with Adrienne and hope he doesn't get into trouble, they're starting to have a pattern whenever they go on dates of it sometimes being interrupted by females. Peter kept his eye on the suspicious man until they step off the train in the next 20 minutes.

Sam stretched his arms up as everyone walks out of the training room after Janet has been led back to her cell by armed agents.
Sam:Man that was a long training session! How long was it?
Luke:About two hours...it wasn't that long
Bobby:It's long to me, I haven't formed anything out of ice in those two hours
*he stretched his arms up with a yawn, Sam began to get a chill from Bobby and he steps close to Luke as he rubs his arms*
Johnny:...should we tell Fury that Janet didn't want to use her power today?
Bobby:Why should we? We at least gotten to know each other before we actually start working out...I thought you would be glad about not pulling weights with Janet
Johnny:I am but as her trainers shouldn't we be concern about why it took long for her to come?
Sam:She probably didn't want to come or was lost and Petey helped her
Bobby:He's right Johnny, I feel like you're thinking too much into it
Johnny:Eh whatever! I'm just thinking that as her handsome trainer! Where did Petey go again?
Sam:I think he said he was going home...where's Ava and Danny anyway? They didn't came
Luke:Jessica texted me that Danny went home after Peter and she's in the infirmary with Ava
Sam:Oh no! Did something happen?
Luke:The nurse said that Ava has low energy and it caused her to collapse...we should go check on her
Sam:Are you two coming with us?
Bobby:Sure why not? Will you come Johnny or no?
Johnny:I care about kitty cat like you all do but I want to have a talk with Petey about Janet
Luke:That's fine man
Bobby:Make sure you give him a hug from me! We couldn't go on our date with him today because of Fury
Johnny:I will! Bye guys!
*he waved at the group who walked away to the infirmary to check on Ava and Jessica. Johnny had let out a sigh and had walked down the opposite hallway the group were walking towards and heads to the changing room. Jessica was sitting on a chair beside Ava's bed where she laid unconscious, she had her arms crossed with her head down and her head rose up as she heard the door open and sees the boys rushing in and surround Ava's bed*
Sam:What happened?!
Jessica:Catnip had gotten in a fight with moneybags
Luke:N-no! She wouldn't attack him for no reason
Jessica:The blood on her claws says different Luke, it must be a coincidence when moneybags had a claw mark on his waist when I bumped into him with Peter
Sam:...do you know what they fought about?
Jessica:Something about an amulet, catnip wanted to get it from blondie and they ended up fighting
Bobby:Hm? Amulet? From where?
Luke:...sweet Christmas...was Ava having trouble with her amulet again?
Jessica:Yes...you'll have to talk to him about it since I barely know anything
Sam:Didn't you two go to K'un L'un to solve this problem?
Luke:We did go but the people there hardly helped us out, Danny might have more experience with this since her amulet has some sort of spirit in it from his home
Sam:Oh...then where is he again?
Jessica:He went home with webs, he told you guys to take her home since I think he might be out with him
Bobby:Do they usually go on dates whenever this happens?
Luke:...unfortunately they do, those two are helpless in this team

Sam:Yep! Johnny left to find Petey to talk about Janet since she wasn't participating in the training
Bobby:She was! She just wanted to know us better and talk
Jessica:Eh whatever...now that you're all done take her back home already, I need to pick Mary up from her workplace
Sam:You two are texting each other?
Jessica:Yes, is it a problem?
Sam:No no! Just...how do you two get along since you're both a bit different...
Jessica:We're friends and we just suddenly gotten along, clearly not being friends in this group is inevitable

*he asked with a his arms crossed and a wink towards Bobby who had responded with an awkward laugh*

*she stood up and walked past Luke as she gave him a light slap on his arm. Luke blushed from the sudden contact while Jessica was already out of the room. Sam grabbed Ava's wrist and pulls her arm up and he frowns to Luke*
Sam:Help Luke! I can't carry her myself!
*he pouts while Luke rolls his eyes and Bobby letting out a small laugh*

Emma was waiting outside her school now that she's finished with tutoring with Mr.Kendall. It might have been her imagination but she would notice Mr.Kendall staring at her whenever she's doing her work and hearing comments about her like the day before. It was hard to tell if Mr.Kendall has a thing for her or not since no one has ever said that to her...let alone think of her like that. Is he even serious about her or not? He is older and her teacher so she should talk to the headmistress...but...no one have ever thought of her that way and it was making her heart race, he was kind to her and would be worried and no one would act that way with her, even with Danny. She wouldn't talk to Danny much anyway and when he came back a year ago, he was enthusiastic to see her again but he would be busier after his first week back and they would only call or visit for a small while once or twice in two weeks. Whatever...She flinched when she heard the sound of her name from her male teacher who had approached and stood beside her.
Mr.Kendall:Emma, you haven't gone home yet?
Emma:U-uh no...not yet, my sister was supposed to pick me up...the last 30 minutes ago
Mr.Kendall:Well it is getting dark so will you be okay for me to drive you home?
Emma:Uh...yes, that will be fine...
Mr.Kendall:Good, my car is in the parking lot so let me take it out, wait here okay?
Emma:Okay...
*she blushed to his offer and his polite smile as he walked to the locked teacher parking lot. Emma stood in the cold for a few minutes when the car had drove in front of her and revealed Mr.Kendall behind the windshield. She smiled and rushed to open the door and sat on the passenger beside Mr.Kendall and put on her seatbelt*
Mr.Kendall:Where's your house Emma?
Emma:You just go straight then two lefts and a right and it should be there...it's a bit noticeable and hard to miss
Mr.Kendall nodded and drove away from the school campus. They were silent in the car with the loud winds being the only loud sound between them. Mr.Kendall looks over to Emma beside him and notices her asleep. He forms a small smile to himself
Mr.Kendall:(I didn't expect you would fall fast asleep...I wish I had something to talk about so you wouldn't have fallen asleep yet)
*Emma was slightly opening her eyes from the thoughts from Mr.Kendall*
(You're so smart, so beautiful...there weren't girls like you in my high school and college)
Emma had sat up straight with droopy eyes as she notices that they were close to the gate of her home. She notices Mr.Kendall still looking ahead while he drives through the open gate and she looks out the window with blush on her cheeks.
Mr.Kendall:You're awake...I didn't realize you were asleep until now
Emma:Sorry...I hope I didn't slow you down Mr.Kendall
Mr.Kendall:Not at all Emma, school was hard today so it's good that you took a small nap...how will you be celebrating Christmas this year?
Emma:...we don't celebrate Christmas, and my dad is on a trip so he won't be here
Mr.Kendall:Do you have any friends to celebrate it with?
Emma:As if I have any friends...
Mr.Kendall:What about your male friend, Danny Rand? He's the billionaire isn't he?
Emma:...he has someone else by his side to celebrate with, plus I doubt he'll call me for that...
*Kendall had arrived at the mansion and turned his car around the fountain so Emma's side was facing the mansion doors*
Mr.Kendall:...if you need someone to talk to then I'm here, you don't have to keep everything to yourself
Emma:Thanks...Mr.Kendall...and thanks for driving me home, I hope I didn't waste your time
Mr.Kendall:You didn't, I'll see you back at school after New Year's
Emma:Yeah...bye Mr.Kendall
*she stepped out of the car and walked up the staircase to the doors, she turned back and watches Kendall's car drive away. She walks inside her house and her cheeks began to turn red again*
(Damn it Emma, that was a good moment to kiss him before we have to see each other in two weeks!)
Christian:Who was that? It wasn't your driver...
*he asked as he walked down the staircase and had a stern expression on his face*
Emma:Oh just...my teacher who was kind enough to drop me off
Christian:Your teacher? Are all teachers in your school that friendly or just yours?
Emma:What do you mean Chris? Mr.Kendall is nice...this happened because Adrienne was late to pick me up and she took my driver with her
Christian:Where the hell is she anyway? Her husband called saying that she was at father's company and would be busy the whole day but when he went, she wasn't there
Emma:...I don't know...she told me that she was going to the company too
Christian:Tch, so typical of her to leave without warning like this
Emma:(...I hope she has managed to talk to Danny about the trackers shaped like spiders...I hope he has nothing to do with them)

Peter was walking down the silent cold street that was filled with alleys from the train station. His spider sense was silent ever since he stepped off the train, maybe the suspicious man wasn't following him anymore. He gripped tighter on the bags when he began thinking about Danny. His worrying ass was worrying more of Peter's safety with Adrienne than himself; who could barely summon his iron fist and gotten injured less than two hours ago. He clenched his jaw promising himself that when he sees Danny he will beat his ass for going off on his own and not letting him go with him.
He stopped.
He could feel his spider sense going off and he moves his eyes to an dark alleyway beside his right. He then glances at his left where there was another alleyway with a street in between him and the alley. He could sense five- no ten on each alley hiding in the dark, and one above him on a rooftop. He grabs a person's ankle from over his head and tosses them on the ground in front of them who had landed on their face, they were waiting over the rooftop of a closed shop to jump over him when he was heading home. That was weird, he never did that before, his spider sense was never like this, why did he barely know of this now after a year with his powers.
He heard footsteps running down the alleyways so he ran past the laid body in front of him and continue to run down the empty street. He could hear the fast footsteps behind him, he could easily take them down with his webshooters but if only he was wearing his costume while this is happening. He felt a sudden heat around him and when he looked back he saw the group of men stopping in their tracks in fear when they were face to face with Johnny, who had his flame suit. Peter stopped to catch his breath and watched Johnny threaten the men.
Johnny:If you enjoy going after someone walking down the street then how about coming after me so I can melt your flesh off?
Peter glared in disgust when he heard Johnny's dark and low threat with the flames getting higher and hotter; scaring the group of men that made them run the other direction from Johnny. Once they were away Johnny had turned back to normal with his deadly glare still eyeing the running men. He turns to Peter switching to a bright smile as he walked towards him with his arms out, looking like giving him a hug.
Johnny:Petey! They didn't land a scratch on you right?
Peter:...no, who do you think you are? My boyfriend?
Johnny:Hey, can't a friend protect others? Where's your rich boyfriend anyway?
Peter:...he got a driver now so he'll be meeting me back home
Johnny:He left you walk all alone? That doesn't sound like him
Peter:Yeah shocking, I'm leaving already
Johnny opened his mouth to talk but Peter was already quickly walking away, so he ran towards him and walked beside him.
Johnny:I'll walk you since you're clearly targeted...do you know those people who attacked you?
Peter:Nope, but I have a hunch that it's the person Danny is talking to
Johnny:You mean his driver?
Peter:Some girl came and took him away offering to drive us home but Danny wanted me to take the train
Johnny:...isn't that worst than being a car with a stranger?
Peter:I figured Danny knew that I would be able to handle it since he looked defensive towards the girl and clearly looked like he didn't want me there
Johnny:Ooh~...why couldn't you wrestle the weirdos following you like you did with your boyfriend?
Peter:How can I with 20 men after me without trying to use my reflexes as Spiderman? And how did you know that I would wrestle with Danny?
Johnny:Me and Bobby would watch you, it's like seeing a sad version of WWE between two boys who are dating
Peter:Who gave you two permission to watch?
Johnny:No one, we were just bored and happen to watch you two training...so you went out huh? To where?
Peter:...the city for Christmas presents
Johnny:Is there one for me?!
Peter:...the only present you would get from me is a slap on the head
Johnny:No way! I actually got you something! I feel like you'll like it
Peter:Sure I will...
Johnny:Me and Sue picked it together! You should at least look happy when you open our present to you
Peter:I'll be sure to remember that...why are you here? It wasn't a coincidence that you just happen to come to Queens
Johnny:I wanted to talk about Janet
Peter:...sure, what about her? Did she do well?
Johnny:Well...we didn't train, she didn't want to use her powers at all today so we all had to ask each other questions to introduce ourselves
Peter:Did she tell you why she didn't want to use her powers?
Johnny:She didn't, and she also didn't want to answer when I asked so we just spent the two hours not training
Peter:She's your responsibility...I'm not involved in this remember? You should talk to Danny about it
Johnny:I know that Fury told us to not tell you anything but I have no one to talk to about it since you happen to know about Janet's struggles than Danny
Peter:...what is it? I'll make sure to keep it quiet towards the others
Johnny:Did...Janet go through anything that made her not look comfortable to use her powers? Do you know her reason since you're the one who brought her to training
Peter:She did go through hell and back so I think that's the reason...she accidentally killed her grandmother last year with her fire ability and she nearly killed Danny with her ice and fire, she probably doesn't want to do the same with you guys
Johnny:Why would she be scared about hurting us? We're both her powers combined
Peter:Think about it Hothead, she could use ice on you and fire on Bobby, you'll probably end up fine by your flames melting the ice but Bobby would be done for by the fire since his entire body depends on the cold and his ice powers
Johnny:I guess you're right...how do I help her overcome that fear?
Peter:...I'm not the best person to ask for a question like that, maybe ask Danny about it

Danny and Adrienne were silent in the limo while being closer to Peter's house. Adrienne was refilling her glass bottle as Danny had his arms crossed and his fingers were close to his waist; where his gold dagger was hidden in his back pocket. Adrienne then gazes up to Danny and gazes to Danny's waist and sees his fingers twitching for something to grab from behind.
Adrienne:Say...do you have something to do with one of my employer's body?
Danny:You're referring to the one who died of a stroke in front of my school aren't you? Were you planning on stalking me or my boyfriend?
Adrienne:Actually on both of you...but the police found him with a cut from his chest down his waist...do you have anything to do with it?
Danny:Of course not, I was in school the whole day, when would I have time to commit a crime like that?
Adrienne:You don't have to be the one who get your hands dirty...maybe you would pay someone to do your work for you like I do
Danny:I never asked someone to kill a nobody, who do you take me for?
Adrienne:You're right...which is why you'll have to lay off trying to grab your weapon or else someone might go home with a broken arm
Danny:I already have a broken arm, might as well break my leg while you're at it

Adrienne:Huh...wouldn't you like to know Mr.Rand? Sometimes people only see what they want to see and allows the little things sneak past them...truly unfortunate

*he glances to the right window as the limo stops and he had a glance of the house. He notices Peter walking up the porch with Johnny beside him who was smiling widely. Danny couldn't help but forms a small fond smile to Peter who punched Johnny on the arm nearly pushing him off the porch. Adrienne looks at Danny after she refilled her glass and she rolled her eyes with an annoyed groan*
Adrienne:Are you dating a guy just for popularity or no, Mr.Rand?
Danny:The hell? Why would I date someone for that?
Adrienne:Rich people do that Mr.Rand, celebrities, media stars, CEOs...they'll do anything for attention, I can already imagine what the Billboard will say about you smacking lips with a guy, did you get bored of girls already? Boys your age would be thinking about boobs and porn
*she spoke a bit formally but still disrespectful to Danny's part at least, he gave her a disgusted look on his face and he opened the car door to quickly step out of the car. Adrienne smiled as she watches him angrily walk out*
Call me if you found the person I'm going to hire, or if you're bored with guys already and want a girl to hook up with next
*she gotten the car door slammed in front of her face, the slam was hard enough to make the limo shake and she bursts out in drunken giggles. Peter and Johnny turns to Danny when they heard the loud tone from Adrienne and the loud car slam. Danny watched the limo quickly drive off and he walks with his head tilted down towards the small staircase up the porch*
Peter:Uh Danny...
*he reaches his hand to Danny's shoulder but he flinched as his spider sense went off again and he pulled his hand back. Johnny stood awkwardly and he grabs Danny's left shoulder instead and formed his usual smile to lighten the mood*
Johnny:Hey Dan Dan! So uh I came to talk about Janet and I bumped into Petey and he told me that I should ask you some questions, hoping to help me out since we're in this in a group right?
Danny:...did something happen to Janet?
*he asked with his head back up, he glances at Peter who quickly looked away*
Peter:I'm going inside...maybe Aunt May is waiting to scold me and ground me some more
*they both watched Peter walk inside the house*
Johnny:Yeah...she didn't want to use her powers today and your strong boyfriend told me it had to do something with killing her grandma and nearly killing you, so I want to know how do I help her move past her guilt about that?
Danny:...well...what we can do to help her is talking about it since the rest is up on her own
Johnny:...talking? That's it?
Danny:You can't force her to move on from the incident, she has to do that herself...it will take a while but you'll have to be patient with her
Johnny:I hate waiting but if it'll help her use her powers then why the hell not? ...so about you and Petey, are you two going somewhere on Christmas?
Danny:We'll probably stay home the whole day, why do you ask?
Johnny:Just wanted to know since I have a present for Petey, I didn't want to awkwardly wait outside for him if he isn't going to be here the whole day
Danny:...before you leave, did Peter ran into any trouble?
Johnny:He was running away from a few guys but luckily I arrived and scared them off, you shouldn't leave your man like that money man, with a pretty face like his he'll end up getting snatched away

*he waved as he walked down the porch towards Danny*
He had spoke his usual 'Flame On' line to fly over the houses in his fire form. Danny looks around and doesn't see the black car parked near them anymore; maybe Adrienne decided to quit from stalking them and was bored. He walked inside the house and was silently listening to Aunt May lightly scolding Peter for staying out till dark. Aunt May had turned to Danny who had walked in and she commanded him to stand beside Peter. He awkwardly stood beside Peter who wasn't giving him a glance.
Aunt May:What are your excuses for staying out late without contacting me? You have a phone Danny, if you two were out why didn't you call or send me a text about you two being out late?
Danny:Well I-
Peter:He didn't have any battery on his phone...we were on a rush to get to the train and we wouldn't find anything to call you with
Aunt May:God...don't train stations have telephone poles Peter? Don't say that you neither of you had money because I find that unbelievable despite one of us here owning a company
*she was annoyed with a tired sigh at the end, Peter looks over to Danny and he looks away trying to come up with an excuse*
I was planning on returning your phone back and not grounding you anymore but knowing that you sneak out nearly everyday, you have another week left being grounded
Danny:...but I would sneak out with Peter
*he gotten his arm lightly hit by Peter beside him*
Aunt May:You're also grounded, I can't believe you of all people would help someone to sneak out of the house...I brushed it off at first but what is your relationship with each other? You might as well come clean now before I find out later

*Peter's mouth opens as Danny took his phone out and hands it to Aunt May, he was surprised of how calm Danny looked*

*she turns away from the couple as they both silently walked up the stairs and into Peter's room, Peter sat on his bed and laid his back against the bed*
Peter:Why were you so calm about getting grounded? Isn't your brother your guardian?
Danny:He gave your aunt permission to ground me if I do anything, he kinda been thinking of moving me back to my old house
Peter:Eh? You had your own house?
Danny:...my old house when my parents were still alive, Joy is the one living in it after she was old enough to buy it in memory of me
Peter:...I haven't seen your sister at your company from the times I visited, does she work from home?
Danny:Sometimes when she needs to take care of her dog, she has problems with her breathing
Peter:...it must be a cute dog then, she doesn't know about us right?
Danny:She doesn't, me and Ward believe she might freak out more than he did
Peter:...hold up, if Ward wants to take you back home than won't you have to wake up earlier than most days to get to school? He's not planning on making you drop out or switch schools right?
Danny:He had thought about it once but he knows that I'm forced to stay with you guys because of SHIELD...and since I'm a year older than you and the team I might have to drop out to stay at Rand
*this shocked Peter that he sat back up, he spoke baffled*
Peter:Wha- are you sure? You won't be able to get your diploma! How can you even drop out and your brother is just okay with it? Doesn't your company need your high school diploma or something?
Danny:No not really...I already own the company so they don't ask me for anything like my dad did...
Peter:Yeah but you still should at least get a diploma for high school, you won't get another chance if you decide to drop out
Danny:I would rather drop out since I have to leave the city soon remember? K'un L'un doesn't really depend on diplomas like here does

*he spoke in a sarcastic like tone as his back was flopped back onto the bed and was staring up the ceiling*

He spoke in a low mumble, sounding almost like a whisper. Danny glances at him with a questionable 'hm' and Peter widened his eyes and he turned his body to the side facing the pillows against the headboard. His cheeks were flushed and he eventually spoke.
Peter:I said you'll have to leave us behind right? It'll be a shame when you leave
Danny:...right...
*he sat on the bed behind Peter and looks down at him, Peter didn't look up to him to see his pained face. Danny then blinked as he remembered what Adrienne had brought up about the tracer spying on the family*
Did you know that Adrienne and Emma found a tracker? Weirdly she wanted to hire that person to sell the trackers...
Peter:Oh....does she have any idea who they belong to?
Danny:Maybe not...why? Do you suddenly want to get a paycheck from her now that I found out your spider tracers were following her?
*he had his arms crossed in a stern manner and he widened his eyes when he sees Peter quickly sit back up again*
Peter:Listen! It's...I just wanted to help you, I didn't expect she would find out
Danny:What did you expect when you thought of this plan? Did you thought you would get away so freely after spying on her?
Peter:...sorry, I wanted to stop since it was getting boring

Peter:They're already off, they have been for a while since I had to work on their controller

Peter:...I learned my lesson Mr.Rand, I know for sure I won't do something as dumb like that again, but about the job offer from Adrienne...is she even serious?
Danny:It's hard to tell whether she is or isn't, but I know that she would do anything for money so I think she's serious about hiring you...

*he laid back on the bed*
Danny:Peter...
Peter:What?
Danny:...I can pay you more if you let me hire you for the tracers
Peter:Not you too...you're doing it for money aren't you?!
Danny:Sorry...but you can earn a lot of money for each of your tracers and controller, maybe even millions of dollars
Peter:Danny listen...even that you're my boyfriend I still won't take up the offer, I don't trust placing my technology in someone else's hands just to be a creep, I only plan to use it for my own use for missions and keeping watch on Aunt May when we're gone...I rather decline both of your offers and Adrienne
Danny:Okay love, I won't force you
Peter:...what else did you and Adrienne talked about?
Danny:Nothing much, just her confessing that she placed the camera in my office...the rest were her being drunk that made me uncomfortable
Peter:...then I'm glad I wasn't with you or else she would had done a move just to piss me off

Peter:...ugh...I wonder when the others will come back, it's been so silent when we were caught by Aunt May
Danny:They could be waiting in their rooms or coming back from SHIELD, it'll be fine love
Peter:Sure...I want to ask how Janet did in their opinion
*he let out a small yawn and felt a warm hand on his forehead under his hair, he was met with Danny's tender smile that it made him feel butterflies in his stomach*
Danny:You can take a small nap if you want to love, I'll wake you when dinner's ready
Peter:...o-okay...make sure you watch over me 'kay?
*he spoke in a sleepy tone nearly closing his eyes, Danny nodded with a small smile while he sees Peter closing his eyes and falling into his nap. Danny had moved Peter in a comfortable position on their bed and wrapped him around with his blanket*
