Sam and Luke were in the male locker rooms changing out of their costumes as they stood in front of their open lockers. Sam kept looking around acting a bit antsy that had made Luke annoyed and he turns to him.
Luke:What's wrong Sam? Do you think someone will walk in on us? We're both guys so you shouldn't worry about it
Sam:No I know that! It's just...I was looking around if Peter or Danny will walk in
Luke:...they won't. They're probably somewhere making out
Sam:Maybe...but they might be getting scolded by Fury for dealing with Janet on their own
Luke:...Why should I care? Those two always do things together and don't need us, those two would jump off the cliff together with us watching, it's annoying...
Sam:I get that you're still grumpy about Danny ignoring us but he'll get over it, once he's mood changes with Peter he'll forget about it
Luke:...possibly, but you know how stubborn Danny is so I doubt he'll move on that fast
Sam:Well you and Ava were talking shit to Peter so if I was Danny I would have done worse
Johnny:Hey men! How's it going?
*they both turned towards the doors and sees Johnny and Bobby walk in with smiles*
Sam:Hey Johnny! What took you so long?
Johnny:Oh you know, getting scolded by the agents and having to help clean up, just the usual
*he sat on the bench that was placed inches from the locker and was behind Sam and Luke who were changing*
Sam:What did you do that the agents had to scold at you?
Bobby:Lavaboy here decided it was a good idea to race to the meeting room and we ended up making a mess
*he spoke while he sat down on the bench beside Johnny*
Johnny:You agreed to the race too! Well we gotten our scolding from the agents and Peter so that's enough from me

Sam:I'm Sam and the big man is Luke
Johnny:Hey man! Is web's rich boyfriend still ignoring you?
*he spoke smiling as he pats Luke's bare back and gotten a glare from Luke*

Johnny:Oh that's a shame, web's rich boyfriend looks fine with webs though, they made out quick
Bobby:Good for them! Why were they in a fight in the first place?
Johnny:Eh personal issues, it's a long story so you'll get lost

Sam:Yep that's her! She doesn't like joining these types of things where we have to work together so she just ditches
Bobby:If she doesn't like doing that then why did she join?
Sam:Don't know, she was in a fight with Fury when she joined right?
Luke:It looked like it, did you see the hole in Fury's desk? It looked serious
Johnny:Was she forced to join?
Bobby:...I remember some trained mutants from my school would go out and force kids to join since they don't want the government to take them and lock them up, is that what Fury did?
Luke:Doesn't look that way, Jessica told us that she was going to quit the superhero gig and then she suddenly joined the team, so being forced to join is more likely
Ava:What are you boys talking about?
*she coldly asked as she was inside the locker room along with Jessica. They looked like they were standing for a while and Sam covers his bare chest with his hands*
Sam:Jesus Ava! Don't walk in! We're still changing! How shameless of you...
Jessica:What type of mischief were you all talking about just now? Is it about the couple of the group?
Sam:N-no...it was nothing! We were only talking about Janet...who would have thought that our own leader would not be taking part of it huh?
Ava:...it was his fault, don't start pitying him
*she heard a small scoff come out of Jessica's mouth and she shot her a cold glare and blinked as she spoke*
Hurry up and get dressed, we have to leave before May gets home from her trip
*the two undressed boys stared as Ava walked towards the door slowly. She was stumbling over with faint coughs and placed her hand on the left side of the door way to support her posture. They all watched and Jessica calmly walked towards her and places her hand on her shoulder*
Jessica:You okay, catnip?
*she notices Ava clenching her free hand on her shirt that seemed to glow green underneath. She could see Ava sweating and turning red along with heavy breathing*
Hey matchstick! Stop heating the room
Johnny:I-I'm not doing anything! Why are you blaming me?!
*he asked in a shaking tone with her head peeking out from the locker stalls towards the door as Jessica was giving him a nasty glare. Then she gotten pushed on her stomach by Ava*
Ava:Back off...I'm fine
Jessica:Hmp...you should take a pill or two to work out that fever and temper catnip
Ava:Back...off...
*she said in a threatening tone with a low growl at the end. Jessica rolled her eyes back as Ava walks out of the room and was stumbling down the hallway with her hand sliding down the wall with her body pressed against it, having trouble with her vision*
Sam:Why did you let her go?!
Jessica:Does the word 'back off' mean anything to you bucket head?
Luke:We should hurry up and check how she's holding, she can't walk on her own
*he quickly puts on his shirt and his sweater over it and grabs his bag and slams his locker shut before walking out of the room with Jessica. Sam had put on his shirt and his thick sweater and bag and closed his locker*
Sam:Bye guys! We'll see you tomorrow!
*he quickly said goodbye to the other boys along with a small wave before running out of the room to catch up with Luke and Jessica*
Johnny:Bye! Man....fun day wasn't it?
Bobby:I guess so...
Sam:Where's Ava?
Luke:We don't know...
Jessica:She turned around this way a few seconds ago and now she's gone
Sam:How can she be gone so quickly?! She could barely stand up!
Luke:Don't know, do you think she has a fever?
Sam:What did you notice on her Jess?
Jessica:...nothing much, she just began sweating like a waterfall and ran out, I'm not a doctor
Sam:Thanks Miss Obvious, so what do we do?
Luke:She couldn't have gone far so we should split up and ask around for her, maybe people saw her and is treating her

Ava was in the girl's bathroom with the door locked. She was crouched down to the floor with her back against the door and grabs her green glowing amulet under her shirt. She was breathing heavily while kept clenching on the amulet. She grabs the two ends of the ribbon and wraps it around her neck but stops as she smells a familiar scent from behind the door. She could smell two scents smashed together into one; both very familiar to her that it made her groan in disgust and let out a small whine. One scent was a comforting but strong aroma and the other was faint and stinging. She clenches her necklace in her hand and sloppily tried to open the door and turned the knob and pushed the door open. She left out a cough and fell to the floor with the amulet in her hand. Her vision was foggy and sees Danny standing in front of her; his face completely calm and cold.
Danny:Ava...what's wrong?
Ava:...I thought it was you...I could smell yours and Parker's scent together...
Danny:...you could? That's a bit embarrassing...do you have a fever?
Ava:No...I think it's worse...it's my amulet...
Danny:What about it?
Ava:It's...trying to control me again...somehow...
Danny:Somehow? And what do you mean by 'again'? Did this happen more than once?
Ava:Shut up and help...only you can deal with this weird thing in my amulet right...?
Danny:I could if I can bring my chi and iron fists back...I don't know how long that will take after my accident
Ava:Help me...it's becoming annoying
Danny:...if it's bothering you so much then you should stay away from your amulet

*her surprised tone was raspy while Danny knelt down to her*
Danny:You need time away from the amulet so I can look into it
*he reaches for the amulet in her hand but Ava pulls the amulet close to her*
Ava:No...no don't! I-I need it! You can't take it away from me again!
Danny:...then do you want to be possessed by the amulet again? You can either keep your amulet and allow it to possess you again or hand it to me so I can look into it
*Ava's lips quivered as Danny was offering his hand to her for the amulet. The more she had the amulet in her hands the more hesitant she was to hiving it to him*
(Weird, she was willing to let me help her but now that I'm offering help she doesn't want to give her amulet away...is it the amulet's doing?)
Ava, give me the amulet
*he asked sincerely as Ava had slowly reaches her amulet to Danny's hand, her arm was trembling like something was holding her back from giving him the amulet but it was now in his hands already. The glow was still there but Ava was now calmer and breathing normally than she was a few seconds ago*
Ava:Look....into it...I don't think I can handle being controlled anymore...
Danny:...I will, you need time off from the amulet so you should rest
*he places the amulet in his pocket and helped Ava up to stand up*
Ava:I will...how will you...?
Danny:Oh, it'll be fine. I just need to go back home and read something up about this and my chi will probably come back
Ava:...are you still mad at us?...about what we said to Peter
Danny:I am...it'll be hard for you guys to earn my forgiveness after placing those thoughts in Peter's head
Ava:...okay, just wanted to know...
Danny:Bye Ava...
*Ava stood silently as Danny walks away with her amulet. She was now calm and hears the voice of Sam's annoying voice and his loud steps towards her along with Luke and Jessica*
Sam:Ava! Are you okay?
Ava:Why wouldn't I be?
Jessica:You looked fucked up, why wouldn't those two be worried?
Ava:I just had to throw up in the bathroom, it's nothing special
Sam:Ew! You shouldn't have told us! Now let's head back home so we can greet Aunt May!
They all walked together to leave the helicarrier and Ava felt her heart pound. She places her hand under her neck expecting her amulet but she remembered that she gave it to Danny. She was already fidgeting her hands out of nervousness for no apparent reason. Jessica glances at her and kept watch over Ava's antsy's behaviors.

It was the end of the school day in Boston's Boarding School for Girls. Their winter break starts at Thursday that week so they had an extra week of school than Danny and the others and had to return back to school the second week of January. Emma was packing her belongings into her bag while other girls were leaving out of the classroom. Mr.Kendall was acting a bit distant to Emma recently from knowing her father had forged her test scores. She wouldn't be able to talk to him after school since he would had to go to teacher's meetings. She realizes of how long she haven't contacted Danny after they made up and telling him about knowing his relationship, she had thoughts of calling him but she would hold back since she didn't know what to say and decided to give up. Her father haven't been contacting her or her mother that much that he would only leave two or three words texts. It was probably in Emma's mind but she would always see her mother very quiet and always looked like she had something in her mind. Adrienne would just ignore it and Christian would be somewhere out around his friends in Boston so she felt like she was the only one overreacting. She reminds herself of how Adrienne looks so secretive of planning on harming Danny's partner and talking to Danny. She should talk to him and ask if Adrienne had spoke to him, maybe a call or text...he'll probably be busy with work so she'll pop in his office. So that's the plan; go to Danny's company, find him, talk to him about Adrienne and his boyfriend, then what? She decided to think about it last minute and find a date to meet up with him but she wouldn't want to wait too long.
Emma:(ah tomorrow will be good to meet up with him right? It's my first day of winter break and I will get out earlier than usual. So after school I'll go to his place right after and talk...hopefully Adrienne haven't talked to him yet so I can warn him)
Mr.Kendall:Ms.Frost, I have a meeting, why are you still here?
Emma:Oh uh...I was about to leave, I was just stuck in thinking about something
Mr.Kendall:Alright...I have to close the room so I can leave
Emma:Y-yes! Sorry!
*she felt her face flush out of embarrassment of how long Ian was standing there waiting for her to leave. She walks out of the classroom with her bag in hand as Ian was keeping his eyes on her as she walks*
Mr.Kendall:Ms.Frost, may I ask a question?
Emma:O-of course Mr.Kendall
*she answered nervously as she turned around and was facing him*
Mr.Kendall:Will you have time after school tomorrow?
Emma:Uh why...?
Mr.Kendall:Tutoring remember?
Emma:But tomorrow is the first day of winter break...
Mr.Kendall:I know and I'm sorry for that but I've been so busy recently that we haven't had a chance to start our tutoring, so will you be busy tomorrow?
Emma:(great what should I say? I was planning on seeing Danny tomorrow but...I do want to spend time with Mr.Kendall. Should I ask my driver to pick Danny up and we'll talk at my house right after I'm out? The others will probably not be around so it'll be fine right?)
Sure I'll come to tutoring tomorrow, how long will it take?
Mr.Kendall:...two hours, is that fine?
Emma:I-it is...so uh...
Mr.Kendall:Sorry for holding you up, your ride must be waiting

*she walks out of the classroom as Ian was close behind her to lock the door as he had his bag and files in hand. Emma turned red from Ian being in her personal bubble*

Danny had walked inside the penthouse in New Jersey and places the dart of the coffee table;where it was placed in front of Mac who had his hook in hand. He coldly looks up to Danny and he gave out a response that sounded annoyed.
Danny:I got your dart back, can you start training me now?
Mac:What's the rush? Going into battle so soon?
Danny:I have a friend...she's having trouble with the tiger amulet again
Mac:Ah that amulet...she can't control it?
Danny:...she can't, the amulet looked to be possessing her body
Mac:...hmp, you barely know how to heal and yet you want to talk to a spirit inside that amulet
Danny:I'm not going to call anyone in the spirit world, I just want to know why the amulet is trying to possess her
Mac:I have never heard of an iron fist managing to contact spirits
Danny:Then I'm glad to be the first
Mac:Don't rush in so foolishly Daniel, you would still need proper training to even do this
Danny:I might as well try
Mac:Was this even in the book the elders gave you to train with?
Danny:...maybe not but I want to try
Mac:You'll only end up more injured than you already are

*he saw Danny sit on his couch with his legs up, he was sitting cross legged and grabs the amulet from his pocket and ties it around his neck*

Danny:My boyfriend is at home and I wouldn't want him to ask questions...make sure to not distract me
Mac:...you're going to harm yourself even more...
*he scoffed as he crossed his arms and looks away from Danny who had his head titled down and had the back of his hands resting on both of his knees. He let out a deep breath before closing his eyes. Mac gave hime a small glance in slight concern under his rough skin and he jumps as he sees Danny suddenly tilt his head up, facing the wall in front of him and his eyes open that was glowing a light green*
What in the...?
He notices Danny's fists glowing a faint yellow that was slowly glowing up his arms. He held the hook in his hand while he watched Danny contacting the god in the green amulet.

Peter had walked into Danny's room and looks around. He felt more like home in Danny's room, still weird how Danny chose to leave it and sleep with him but he gotten used to it already so he shouldn't force him back. He closes the door and began opening drawers for the ancient book, looked under the bed, into the closet and even behind portraits. He was placing his hand on the wall and was scanning it in case of a secret hidden door hidden in the wall and notices the small gap between the drawer beside him and the wall. Out of slight cringe of seeing it, he moved the drawer book but felt something wasn't allowing it to move and was between it and the wall. He looked at the gap and sees a book hidden and he grabbed and took it out, it was the book that he was looking that had Danny's ability techniques. He sat on Danny bed and opened the book and as expected it was typed in the Chinese language. He took the phone from Johnny out of his pocket and took the photo of the first page of the book that was the table of contents. He had scanned it to google translate and was reading over it, the section to chi absorption was in the middle of the book. He flipped to the page he was looking for and took a photo, when he turned the paper to the next page the page was ripped out.
He squinted his eyes in disbelief and he flipped more pages back but they were all ripped out; like an entire two or more chapters were ripped out about specific chi moves. He slams the book closed in frustration and he looks around the room again. Was it Danny who ripped them out? No, he wanted to learn more about his fists so why would he rip these out. Maybe someone from his city but why would they rip them out? How long had it been ripped? Questions were filling inside Peter's head and he just tossed his back on the bed and stares up at the ceiling.
Peter:(where are the pages in the book? How come Danny haven't noticed when he was reading about this?...I'll have to ask him when he comes back and be filled with questions...)
He raises the phone up and began reading the translated text. It said that the iron fist can absorb energy and can either use the same attack back to the attacker or store it to be used for healing purposes. So Danny could be able to absorb the fire from Janet since fire is energy but if she used ice then Danny wouldn't have a match with that. That's some news to tell Johnny and Bobby. Peter had placed his forearm over his eyes as he waited for Danny and the others to come back home. He heard the door open from downstairs and he hopped out of bed to walk out of the room; leaving the book at it's usual spot. He walked down the stairs and his mouth widened as he sees Aunt May with her suitcases.
Peter:Aunt May you're back!
Aunt May:Hi sweetie
*they both wrapped their arms around each other in an embrace and Aunt May pulled away with her hand son his shoulders*
How were you and the others coping up without me here? I should have taken you all with me if I could...
Peter:We were fine Aunt May...but Danny and the others are kind of ignoring each other now...
Aunt May:Did they get in a fight while I was gone?
Peter:uh...they did kind of...just wanted to tell you in case it gets awkward with all of us together later
Aunt May:...thank you for telling me Peter, I'm sure they'll talk it out soon
Peter:Yeah they will...
Aunt May:Though I am surprised that Daniel and Luke fought...what did they fight about? You could fill me in on some teenage drama can you?
Peter:...uh...it was nothing that big honestly Aunt May...they were fighting about personal issues, I don't know about their fight either...
Aunt May:I'm sure they'll figure something out...can you help me move my suitcase upstairs please?

Danny had his eyes wide open and he blinked a few times before realizing that cold wind was blowing past his face. He was standing in front of a single swinging bridge over an abyss that were hundreds of feet down being clouded by smoke the bridge had led to the other side of a mountain. He walked towards the bridge and before he placed his foot down on the wooden bridge he notices his fist starting to glow. He looks back and he stepped back from the bridge and felt a heavy breath from behind and low growling from a beast and he calmly turns back and was face to face with a large glowing green tiger. He looked to be as big as a mountain with huge and large fangs that would pop out even if it would close its mouth.
Danny:...you're bigger than I thought you were
"Fool! How did you manage to come across to my domain?!"
Danny:I'm the Iron Fist, Protector of K'un L'un, your home
Suddenly the tiger had slightly opened it's mouth revealing its sharp teeth with a growl.
"You dare mention that disgraceful city in front me! That city is full of worthless and sinful humans! Are you asking for a death wish by bringing that city up?!"
Danny:I understand your thoughts about
K'u- the city after their attempt to trying to steal and use you...I'm not here to disrespect you
"Speak. What is it that you want that you managed to come in and disturb my slumber?"
Danny could see the tiger was now calm by how it had laid down;getting ready to hear his reasoning.
Danny:You're the spirit in Ava's amulet, aren't you?
"Child, I am hardly a weak spirit, I am a god. I heard cries and prayers from my worshippers in the city that you have been raised"
Danny:Yes...why do you need to possess Ava? It's been harming her body by keeping you around at all times
"Young Dragon, I am hardly giving avatar any troubles, you must be mistaken"
Danny:I'm not. I saw how she looked when she had the amulet on her...she told me that you were trying to possess her
"Although it is true that I take over avatar's body and mind, it is for me to be free to the outside world"
Danny:By taking over her in broad daylight
"It might had sounded that I take over her but please don't misunderstand Young Dragon, she had agreed to it in the first place"
Danny:Why?
"When we first came into contact I was mourning the loss of her father, he was a perfect host for my possession each month"
Danny:You possessed him too...is that why her father had died?
"He was a foolish and stubborn man, he chose to allow me to take his body in control and yet I went down to his daughter...they are very alike it's infuriating. It is necessary for me to go out into the mortal world in her body so I can gain power to make my avatar stronger"
Danny:Is that what Ava wanted when she first met you? She wanted to be stronger?
"Of course child! Why else would she wear the amulet and meet me?! She wanted the same power as her father did but of course I denied, saying that she's not ready for that type of power yet so I waited for a year"
Danny:You first possessed her when I found her taking patrol in the middle of the night for the first time right?
"Correct Young Dragon. It was the first time in a year that I had went out in the mortal world wearing my avatar's body and I seemed to be getting stronger by the second...so I would possess her body occasionally for fresh air"
Danny:So you didn't know she was having an unhealthy behavior by her amulets?
"...of course I didn't. Even now I just heard of it Young Dragon"
Danny:...well I decided to keep you in the meantime until I see how her behavior is affected by wearing the amulets, I hope you wouldn't mind Tiger God
*he respectfully bowed as the tiger began to get up*
"Of course I wouldn't...it means more power for me to feed, if you even have any left in you..."
It had formed a snarling expression with his sharp teeth and claws exposed and had pounced on Danny and had gotten into the amulet around his neck. This made him wake up back to normal and fall off the couch that he was sitting on and land on the floor. He was breathing heavily and sees the amulet around his neck and it wasn't glowing like it was before. His eyes widened as he heard footsteps heading towards him and he took out his gold dagger out of his back pocket and aims the tip at the figure approaching to him; who had suddenly stopped. He looks up and sees Mac with two mugs of warm tea inside and he let out a small scoff with his cold expression.
Mac:It was about time you are awake, I was thinking of dragging you back to your house and starting a fight with your spider lover
Danny:Don't...bring Peter up
*he dropped his arm down and stood up and sat properly on the couch. He was breathing heavily as he placed the dagger in his back pocket. He felt something clogging in his throat and immediately covers his mouth with his hand. Mac had walked towards him in worry as Danny began to cough out blood that would get on the floor and some drops on his shirt*
Mac:I told you that you would harm yourself more
Danny:*he let out a couch and wiped his mouth and asked in a raspy voice*
How long was I out?
Mac:Four hours
Danny:Four hours?! But I only spend five minutes with the Tiger God!
Mac:The spiritual and human world have different time schedules Daniel, you should have known this
Danny:Great...I need to go back home and see Peter
Mac:But you're-
Danny:I'll come train next time! Bye Mac!
*he waved at him with a small smile before he had quickly walked out of the house. Mac still had his usual stern expression as he had his mug in hand. He glances over at the other on the coffee table and slightly pushes it away with his finger and turns away*
Mac:(idiot...thinking he can leave his older brother here alone)

Danny had opened the door and awkwardly stepped inside the house silently. He was met with Peter's pinched expression who was sitting at the bottom of the staircase who was clearly waiting for him to come home.
Danny:Hey...
Peter:Danny...where the hell were you? You were gone for hours
Danny:(he's not yelling at me...is he not as mad than I thought he would be..?)
Sorry...I was at a friend's house, were you worried?
Peter:Well obviously! Why did you stay out for so long especially this late?!
Danny:(nevermind he's mad...)
Sorry love...I was training with my friend and I didn't check the time
Peter:...who's your friend? It's someone I don't know right?
Danny:Yeah...
Peter:So when can I meet this dope "friend" then? If he trains you then shouldn't I know the person so I can check up on you?
*he asked with sourness in his tone as he glares up at Danny. Danny had softened his face and approach closer and knelt down in front of him but Peter just turned away*
Danny:Love if you want to meet my friend then I can take you to meet him
*he smiled warmly to him, he reached his hand to make contact with Peter's but pulled back so he wouldn't notice the blood on his sleeve, Peter couldn't help to glance over from noticing Danny's sudden hesitation*
Peter:Why didn't you touch me?
Danny:Hm?
Peter:You always touch me...why didn't you this time?
Danny:...because we're talking...
Peter:So? That didn't stop you before...
*he then furrowed his eyebrows with a glare of disbelief at Danny that made him get chills*

She sees Adrienne walk in with her usual flashy grin and her thin pajamas that were a bit revealing even for winter. She sat on Emma's working chair as he spoke with her left leg over her right.

It was in the middle of the night when Peter had shot up from his sleep with heavy rapid breathing echoing the room and sweat dripping down his chin. He dreamt of Skip Westcott and his crooked fantasies again, it was so damn annoying to Peter having to do this on a daily basis. He glances down to Danny who was still sleeping soundly beside him and he felt slowly calm again from moving the bangs of Danny's face and move them to the side. He feels better and calmer around Danny despite his spider sense seeing him as a threat, he could see that Danny is willing to help him even when it's above his control and being so gentle and patient with him. It just feels like Peter is starting to like Danny more and more with every moment they spend together.
