Maybe it wasn't a good idea to become roommates with Nagito.

"Nagito, over here!"

"Oh my God, Kiyoko he looked at me!"

"Kyaaa!~ He is just so pretty!"

"Do you think he'll date me now if I wait for him at his house?"

Hajime frowned at the last statement, shuddering a little at the meaning behind those words. He did not like these people at all, not one bit.

Nagito on the other hand awkwardly chuckled at all of the people in front of his door, just smiling and waving, like it was completely normal to have a bunch of fangirls in front of your house.

Or maybe he had just accepted his fate.

Hajime felt the intense stares on his back, most likely because he was spending time with Nagito, and tried to shrug them off, the fangirls almost scaring him.

I would rather be homeless than live like this, Hajime thought, pushing through the crowds of people just to get to the front door.

He grabbed the back of Nagito, pushing him through the sea of endless people, and trying to not feel targeted as he walked through them.

He did not want to have to go through this ever again.

When they finally reached the house, Hajime collapsed, feeling like he just ran a marathon while carrying a 200 pound male on his back.

If this keeps up, he'll go live on the public buses if he has to.

Kirumi greeted them both at the door, taking their jackets, and leading them to the living room to wait for their dinner.

Feeling rather exhausted, Hajime sat on the couch, looking utterly dead as he stared at the ceiling. Praying he would not have to go through that again.

"Do you have to deal with this every day?" Hajime asked panting slightly, recovering from their adventures.

"Ahaha... Well... it depends on how you view it..." Nagito said, sitting back next to Hajime, drinking a tea that Kirumi got for him.

"How you view it?! Geez, Nagito... I can't believe you're my boss sometimes...

" does Sonia know about this at least?"

"................."

Nagito sheepishly smiled, having the nerve to look somewhat guilty, " Ah... No... I don't want to bother her, she already has so much on her plate, y' know?"

Hajime, exasperated with Nagito's "explanation", turned to face him, giving him a rather pissed off look, "Nagito, you do realize that is literally her job right? She is SUPPOSED to get rid of them for you!"

"I know, but she gets tired too! Not everyone has monster-like mental stamina like you do, Hajime!" Nagito said, huffing and pouting at the man.

How does that have to do with anything?!

Hajime huffed, sitting up straight, facing Nagito and looking right at the latter, " Look... Nagito, I know you don't like relying on people, and that's ok and all... but I think Sonia would like you to tell her what's happening, just giving advice from one friend to another."

Nagito sighed and placed his palms on his face," I'd rather not... Hajime, I can solve this on my own, I don't need people to worry over me, because I'm not worth the trouble."

"........"

"... Fine, whatever you say boss."

"Kyaaa~ Nagito-sama, you're back! I've been waiting all week for you, y' know!"

Nagito smiled at the girls, slightly creeped out from the phrases the fans used towards him.

Too bad Hajime wasn't here.

Nagito sighed, trying to trudge through all the women and men, thinking about how he wished Hajime was here to help him, how he's gotten too used to the man shoving him through the crowds, that he almost forgot what it was like to be on his own.

He wished that Hajime didn't have to talk to Sonia about something and leave him to deal with the fangirls, Nagito was almost becoming dependant on Hajime.

Oh well, at least Hajime will be happy not to have to deal with them today.

Nagito tried squeezing through the crowds almost sucking in his breath, almost screeching when he felt a hand on his wrist.

He didn't think he would have someone actually grab him.

The hand pulled him through the crowds, it's iron grip slightly crushing wrist as if it were about to get torn off. The hand lead him through the crowds weaving in and out through the people like it was nothing.

Nagito stopped catching his breath, his terrible stamina getting the best of him, as he grabbed his knees and looked down at the ground.

"Are you alright?"

Nagito looked up and saw a familiar man look at him, concerned for him. The man having the same uniform as Nagito had on and had a badge that Nagito was familiar with.

Oh, he worked at HOPE.

"Ah... I need to introduce myself don't I? Name's Kizuruu I work at HOPE in the second buildin'. I've seen ya before, but I don't think you remember me...But that's ok! I'm just glad you're alright."

"..."

Nagito shivered a little at the eerie tone the man gave him, not comforted at all with his words. He wishes Sonia or Hajime was here.

Nagito got up and dusted his pants off, trying to play it cool, and get out of this situation real fast, " Oh... Thank you for the compliment, sir! I'll try to greet you next time I see you at HOPE! But I really must get going..."

"..."

"....."

".........."

Kizuruu's grin seemed to stretch wider and wider, reaching one end of his face to the other. The grin seeming to keep growing every second. Wider and Wider, the smile seemed to stretch, lacking any warmth or comfort that Nagito needed.

 " Oh, darlin'... "

Nagito shivered.

"you're dead wrong if ya think you're goin' anywhere!...."

Nagito squirmed.

"'Finders keepers', those are the rules of life, sugar!"

Nagito...

Nagito cowered into himself more, terrified of the man, needing to get out quick before the situation escalated,

"Kizuruu, I hope you know I've got security waiting back there, you might want to let me go or things won't be pretty..."

Kizuruu chuckled, grabbing his wrist, and giving Nagito somewhat of a psychotic grin, "Sugar, I know your friend ain't here today! Your other employer, or Sonia, was it? Ain't here either, You've got no one with ya today! Today was the perfect day to snatch ya!

I've done my research all- for- you, Nagito ~"

Nagito scrambled away, trying to push the man away from his wrist...to no avail. The man's hand grabbing his wrist even tighter, almost like shackles, locking his hand into place.

Why am I always so worthless on my own?

While locked in place, Nagito thought about all the things he could have done to stop this, He wished he had talked to Sonia about this earlier, or how he wished Hajime had been here with him today, he wished, he wished...

He wished he had used the support he had been given.

"Nagito!"

Nagito looked up, opening his tightened eyes, and found himself staring at what seemed to be a very pissed off Hajime and Sonia with too much of a calm expression heading towards Kizuruu like they knew he had been here all along.

This truly was impeccable timing.

Hajime punched the daylights out of Kizuruu, knocking the breath out of him, leaving him on the floor in a heap. Sonia watching with the calmest expression Nagito had ever seen on her.

"Are you alright?" Hajime asked, while Sonia just stared at the man that had fallen to the ground.

Nagito rubbed his eyes and frowned, grabbing the hand that was reached out towards him,

"Yes, I'm alright... I'm just a little shaken up that's all..."

"Good, Now... WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!"

Nagito jumped a little at the tone that Hajime gave him, frightened for his life.

He did not sound happy.

"I told you, you should have gone to tell Sonia! And look what happened to you and your sorry ass! And You said you could handle it on your own! Well I don't see that happening here!"

"... I'm so-"

"Sorry, doesn't cut it Nagito! You could've seriously gotten hurt! Thank God, I told Sonia for you! Nagito, you need to learn to rely on people sometimes, Geez!"

Nagito couldn't help it he really couldn't, the situation finally reaching his mind after what happened, the stress and fear and everything.

He really couldn't help the tears rolling down his face.

Hajime stopped his lecture seeing the tears his boss had in his eyes, and concern flooded back into his eyes seeing his breakdown. The tears seemed to flow and flow out of his eyes, never-ending water coming down out of his tear-ducts.

"Hey... "

Nagito stopped his tears and looked up at the man, seeing the warmth in his eyes, and the fingers outstretched towards him oozing warmth and comfort.

Hajime looked towards the sky seemingly exasperated with everything, looking right into Nagito's eyes and giving him a sincere look," Nagito, look... you don't have to shoulder everything yourself. You've got your family and me, alright? I'll always be your pillar or backup because it's my job, and because I'm your secretary and friend."

"Just remember, you're not alone Nagito, and you never will be, with me working under you."

"..."

Nagito may have done a lot of stupid things in his life that he regretted, like never saying words to a certain person, or never giving someone else something.

But he never regrets giving Hajime Hinata, a man not under the influence of his curse, a position in his company.

He didn't regret it, nope, not at all.

*Bonus part*

Kizuruu should've been prepared for this to happen.

He really should've.

"Kizuruu, dearie my group's been waiting for a nice blood sacrifice this week~ I'm so glad you offered to help~"

Kizuruu had researched about the horrors Sonia and her occult group had done to people who had messed with Nagito. He just wasn't prepared for it to happen to him.

He shouldn't have messed with Nagito.

"Oh~ Angie's been wanting a new sacrifice for weeks~ She'll be soooo happy, another person offered! I'll give your family my condolences later..."

Kizuruu shrieked in the chair he had been strapped in, "NO! please I have friends and family waiting for me back ho-"

Sonia smiled from the corner of the room, " Well maybe you should've thought about that earlier~ Oh, Angie and Korekiyo will be sooo happy~"

He really shouldn't have messed with Nagito.
