A boy woke up to the sound of the alarm clock. The boy tried to reach the clock to turn it off as he is checking the time. "It's already morning....." The boy said as he tried to gather his consciousness.
Shouichi POV
My name is Inubozaki Shouichi the foster brother of the Inubozaki family. Now I have been living with the Inubozaki family for the past 2 years. Apparently they found unconscious on a beach, as the police couldn't find any information about me nor did anyone filed a missing people report I was put in the foster care of the Inubozaki's. Well basically I'm a freeloader.
After waking up I walked to the other room to see a blond long hair girl still sleeping.
Shouichi: Wake up Fuu it's morning already( Shouichi said as opening the curtain to the window)
Fuu: SHUT UPPP.... ( She said angrily while covering herself in her blanket )
Shouichi: Don't shut up me, we'll be late for school if you don't wake up now
Fuu finally crawled out of her blanket
Fuu: Good morning Shouichi...
Shouichi: Good morning Fuu, come on and wake Itsuki up while I cook some breakfast.
Fuu groggily walked to the Itsuki's room while Shouichi walked to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Shouichi: FUU, ITSUKI what do you want for breakfast?
Fuu and Itsuki (In Unison): Anything's fine
After I had finished preparing breakfast, I walked back to my room to get changed. When I got back I saw a blond hair with a darker shade than Fuu's hair sitting next Fuu.
Itsuki: Good morning Shouichi nii-chan ( The blond short-haired girl said with a smile at her face)
Shouichi: Good morning Itsuki let's have some breakfast. (I walked to the table and sat in front of Fuu)
Shouichi, Fuu, and Itsuki (In Unison): ITADAKIMASUUUU
Just like that our usual peaceful day has begun, but we have no idea what fate has in store for us.
(Timeskip after school at Shouichi's Classroom)
Me, Fu, and Itsuki are enrolling at Sanshuu Middle school located in Kagawa Prefecture of Shikoku.
Male student: Hey, Shouichi you want to come karaoke with us?
Shouichi: Sorry today I have to go to my club, maybe next time
Female student: The club that you are attending is the Hero Club right?
I just smiled and proceeded to exit the classroom. Because my class is located quite far from the Hero Club room I need to walk down the hallway that is quite remote and doesn't have many people walking that hallway. Everything was going on normally until I reached an intersection of the hallway to see a girl wrapped in bandages lying in a hospital bed. The only visible parts of her face are only her face and her mouth.
Shouichi: Ummm...., Who are you? (I asked her with fear filling my voice)
???: ......
Shouichi: Are you okay?
???: Remember
Shouichi: Yes...?
???: Remember your past
Shouichi: What do you mean? (chills then ran through my body) What do you about my past?
Just as I was walking to approach the girl, a gust of wind suddenly blows through the girl's back, I closed my eyes but When I opened them the girl suddenly disappear. I kept wondering what was that but I eventually shrugged it off when I arrived at the Hero Club Room. I was greeted by a red-haired girl wearing a flower petal hair accessories and a black-haired girl with long silk hair wearing a blue ribbon.
Yuuna: Good day Shouichi-san, you're almost late again. (she said jokingly)
Togo: Good day Shouichi-senpai, if your late one more time who knows what Fuu-senpai will make you do again.
They are Yuuki Yuuna and Togo Mimori my underclassmen and members of the Hero Club.
Shouichi: Ah good day Yuuki-chan, Togo-chan, well the main star are always late right?
Yuuki and Togo just laugh at my joke
Shouichi: Well let's not just stand around here
I opened the door to the club room.
Yuuna: Yuuna, Togo, and Shouichi reporting to duty.
Togo: Good day everyone
Shouichi: Good day too everyone
Itsuki: Nice to see you
Fuu: Finally you guys are here,...Shouichi thank god you're not late today (she said teasing Shouichi)
Shouichi: What do you mean by that?
Fuu: I'm just teasing you (She said as she was laughing), anyways let's start today's meeting
Everyone except Fuu: OKAY
They gathered at the board on the wall, Fuu then prepared by writing on the blackboard and putting several pictures of cats.
Fuu: This will be our focus for the month, to find owners for these cats
Itsuki: That sure is a lot Onee-chan.
Fuu: Because we have a lot of unresolved requests last month, We will start a school-wide campaign to find these cat's owners.
Shouichi: As expected of Fuu our club president to come up with a plan to involve the school. (I said to tease her a bit)
Fuu: T-thanks... ( She said while her face turns red for a bit). Anyway, I'll take care of the official papers, but we also need to improve our website can I leave it to you Togo?
Togo: Okay, I'll make the best there is.
Yuuna: Oh putting your expertise at work there
Itsuki: Then what can we do Onee-chan?
Fuu: Umm... For now, just do what you always have done.
Shouichi: That's so vague, can you explain it a more Fuu.
Fuu: (In thinking position) Just be sure to work harder (She said in a loud voice)
Itsuki: Ehhhhh...
Shouichi: *sigh*..... (I couldn't stand it anymore, then walked over to Itsuki and patted her head) Don't think too much Itsuki, you already worked very hard.
Itsuki: O-okay ( She said while looking down and holding her skirt very tight, from an angle, you could tell that her face was beet red like a tomato)
Fuu: Ahem...
Shouichi: (The surprised Shouichi then suddenly let go of his hand) R-right... Yuuki-chan you'll be at the coast clean up, right?
Yuuna: Yes, Of course
Shouichi: Then we could go around asking people over there too!
Yuuna: Oh that's a good idea. ( She said with her cheerful face)
Togo: Website Upgrading operation is complete!!!
Everyone: HUHHH?! WOWWWW
Shouichi: *whistle*.... Today Togo Mimori has achieved a new record.
Togo: It's nothing special
Shouichi: No your talent it's real, if you sharpen your talent you could become a really great coder.
Togo: Well it's really nothing special, I just made some improvement to the old website (She said with little red blush on her cheeks)
Yuuna: No it's really good Togo-san, you should appreciate your self more
Togo: Mouuu Yuuna-chan
Oh boy..... here we go again, their usual lovey-dovey moments. Sometimes I think that they may be already at that kind of relationship.
Fuu: Now the website is done let's go to the coast
Everyone: OKAYYYYY
(Timeskip)
After finished cleaning the coast we decided to go for a meal at our regular Udon restaurant.
Fuu: One more bowl please
Everyone except Fuu: That's her third bowl
Shouichi: Aren't you eating too much
Fuu: Eating Udon gives you more girl power (She said with a big smile on her face)
Does she have a black hole in her stomach or something? How can she eat that much? I began to wonder how can she ate that much and can say to increase "Girl Power".
Fuu: You know, why am I feeling insulted by you right now (She commented while slurping her udon)
Shouichi: It's all your imagination Fuu. (as I raise my hand to order some more) Excuse me one more bowl please.
Itsuki: HeHe... Shouichi nii-chan also eats a lot like onee-chan
Shouichi: Well there's a saying "If your tired then eat a bowl udon" isn't that right Fuu.
Fuu: Thwat's rwiwght ( Fuu said while chewing on noodles)
Itsuki: Onee-chan you shouldn't talk while you eat
Togo: There's no saying like that Shouichi-senpai.
Shouichi: Oh but there is, I just made it up right now. (Shouichi commented)
Yuuna: Hahaha(laugh nervously). By the way Fuu-senpai, what did you want to talk about?
Fuu: Ohhh, that's right it's about the cultural festival.
Yuuna: The bowl's already empty( Yuuna said in shock)
Togo: But it's still April senpai.
Fuu: That's why I want to do something before the summer vacation.
Shouichi: That's so like you Fuu
Fuu: Hehehehe. This year we also got some help. (she said as she was patting Itsuki's head)
Yuuna: (in thinking position) I think we should do something that we may remember for the rest of our lives.
Togo: And making everyone happy and excited (Togo added)
Itsuki: But what should we do?
Fuu: To think about what should we do is our homework.
Everyone except Fuu: OKAY
Fuu: Excuse me another bowl please.
Shouichi(in mind): Are you serious???!!!
Later that evening, after we said our goodbyes we went on our way home. As we were walking I noticed that Fuu's face frowned when she saw a message on her smartphone.
Shouichi: What's wrong Fuu you seem down?
Fuu: No it's nothing.
After a little while of silence, Fuu start talking again.
Fuu: Shouichi, Itsuki what if I had a secret?
Shouichi: There's nothing wrong with it, because everyone is bound to keep one or two secret. Besides your so bad keeping your secrets, I would know what are you hiding anyway.
I jokingly commented, but Fuu wasn't laughing her face keeps staring to the front.
Fuu: How about like this, What if I had to go to a war without any reinforcements but I asked my soldier to keep on fighting.
Itsuki: I don't quite understand Onee-chan.
Shouichi: She means to ask whatever happens will you follow her.
Itsuki: Umm..... No matter what happen I would always follow you because Shouichi Nii-chan and Onee-chan is the family I have right now
I look to see Fu's face to smile a little bit right now
Fuu: I see..... Thank you both of you.
As We keep on walking I kept wondering why did Fuu asked us that kind of question.
(Timeskip The next day)
The next day was going normal as it is. We wake up, as usual going to school, and listening to teachers explaining the lesson. When suddenly I felt a sharp sting on my head like something was kicking my head many times. The pain was so unbearable that I fall to the ground from my seat holding my head with my hands. My classmates and teacher begin to crowd all around me.
Teacher: What's wrong Inubozaki, oi what's wrong.
The teacher asked with a panic look on his face, but I couldn't think of any answer because of this pain on my head. Besides the pain, I could see the flashes of images like the world is burning standing on top of that world was a golden tree.
Inside of that tree was a world covered by a colorful root-like structure that seems to be connected to a giant tree.
That's the last thing I could remember before I lost my consciousness. When I woke up it was already dusk and I was sleeping at a hospital bed with Itsuki and Fuu sitting next to my bed. When I woke up Itsuki suddenly burst into tears and hug me
Itsuki: Shouichi nii-chan..., thank god your alright. (she said while crying)
Shouichi: Itsuki..... Onii-chan is alright.
I said as I hugged her back. From Itsuki's back, I could see that Fuu is also crying.
Fuu: Idiot brother, don't you dare suddenly collapse again
Itsuki said as she proceeded to hug me and Itsuki.
Shouichi: Fuu..... Itsuki TO....TIGHT CANNOT.....BREATH
Itsuki: Ah..... So-Sorry onii-chan.( They finally back away from me)
After Itsuki and Fuu release me Yuuki and Togo opened the door and walked in my hospital room
Yuuna: Shouichi-san you're already awake
Togo: Senpai are you alright?
Shouichi: Thanks, I'm alright. Anyways what happened to me, why am I in a hospital.
Fuu: Don't you remember, you suddenly passed out during class and has been sleeping for the last few hours.
Shouichi: I don't remember, I only remember that I suddenly felt a pain in my head and losing my consciousness.
I couldn't tell her about the image I saw, because I know this will freak her out of her mind.
Fuu: I see... Well, thinking too much of it isn't going to help anyway let's go home, the doctor also said that there's nothing wrong with you.
Shouichi: Okay...
Itsuki: Cheer up onii-chan, good thing there's nothing wrong with you.
Shouichi:...
Later that evening, after we had checked out of the hospital, we made our way home, but on the way home I can't shake this feeling of uneasiness.
Third-person POV
Unbeknownst to them In the shadows of the tree, a strange figure was lurking around, the figure had a body of a man but there's something strange. The figure had a head of a jaguar, the skin of a Jaguar, and wearing a red scarf. The figure stalked the five of them until they reach a secluded space.
Shouichi POV
On our way back home, I still can't shake the feeling of uneasiness. I tried to shrug it off but it would just come back around. Then I realize that it was quieter than usual. The usual Yuuki-chan that's always laughing away with Togo-chan, Fuu that cannot stop talking about food, and Itsuki who always respond to Fuu's joke.
Shouichi: What's wrong with you guys? You guys aren't acting normal
Yuuna: Eh... No-Nothing's wrong, Shouichi-san.
Fuu: Th-that's right nothing wrong.
Shouichi: *sigh*..... We've been living together for the last two years Fuu, I know if you are troubled or not.
Fuu: .....
Shouichi: Well if you don't want to talk about it, I won't ask too much about it.
Just as I finished that sentence the same jolt of pain ran through my head again, but this time it's different it's not just the pain, It was also trying to tell me that something is coming. When I finally come to my senses, I saw a figure with the head of a Jaguar hiding behind the treelines preparing to ambush Yuuki-chan and Togo-chan.
Shouichi: YUUKI-CHAN TOGO-CHAN LOOK OUTTT!!!!!
Togo and Yuuna: Eh ???!!!
I ran as fast as possible throwing myself right at them just before the creature attacks them. pushing Togo out of her wheelchair.
Shouichi: Are you alright both of you?
Yuuna: Y-yes I'm alright (suddenly she blushes)
When I realized what happened, we had fallen into an awkward position with Yuuki-chan landing on the top of me.
Togo: S-senpai(her face frowned when she saw what's going on) SEN-PAI
I could fell deathly stares coming from her and I could swear that I saw a black aura holding a scythe coming from behind her.
Shouichi: So-Sorry Yuuki-chan could you get off me?
Yuuna: Y-yes..... Sorry Shouichi-san(She immediately get off me and helped me stand up)
Itsuki: LOOKOUT ONIIII-CHAN
Itsuki shouted as the creature was about to attack us, I quickly pushed Yuuki-chan away. The creature landed a punch at my gut and causing me to lose my consciousness.
Fuu's POV
After the monster knocked Shouichi out, I rushed out to Shouichi trying to wake him up.
Fuu: SHOUICHIIIII(I frantically tried to wake him up but he's out cold), we have no choice we have to henshin let's go Itsuki, Yuuna.
Yuuna, Itsuki: Y-yes
I pressed the button on my phone. Flowers and light started to surround me before I knew it I had wore a white leotard with a yellow panel dress with green piping and holding a great sword. I rushed to swing my greatsword at the monster. The monster just easily counter it and managed to land a punch at me. I fell and rolled over to the side.
Yuuna: Are you okay senpai?
Fuu: I'm okay, be careful that things stronger than it looks.
Yuuna: That's not gonna be a problem for me. Itsuki, try to restrict his movements.
Itsuki: Y-yes
Yuuna then rushed to the creature. While Itsuki binds her strings on the monster.
Yuuna: HEROOOO..... PUNCHH
The monster broke through Itsuki's strings, pulling her then spin her like it was nothing.
Itsuki: WHOAAAA.... I'm spinninggggg
Yuuna: EH???!!!
The creature threw Itsuki at Yuuna causing Yuuna to stop her attack and bumping each other's head.
Fuu: ITSUKIII, YUUNAAAA
The creature then looked at Togo. Togo begins to crawl to get away from the creature.
Togo: NOOO STAYYY AWAYYYY
Fuu: TOGOOO ( I screamed as I gather my remaining strength and rushed to the creature). STAY AWAY FROM HER.
The creature easily dodged my attack my kicked me right in the gut. I can only watch as the creature was about to deliver a strike to Togo. But someone blocked the monster's fist and begin to attack the monster pushing the monster back. I tried to recognize who was blocking fighting the creature. It was Shouichi.
Fuu: SHOUICHI, what are you doing hurry up and get Togo out of here.
Shouichi:...
Fuu: Shouichi.....
Shouichi's face was emotionless as if he was possessed by something, then he crossed his left hand and right hand at the left side of his waist and lift his right fist back up to his chest height. A light appeared around Shouichi's waist which then form some sort of a belt.
Shouichi then pressed both of the buttons on the side of the belt. The stone in the middle of the belt then shines as Shouichi walked to the monster.
Shouichi just walked to the monster, countering every punch and kick from the monster. Then as Shouichi was punching and kicking the stone begins to shine more forming a gold and black armor around him.
Fuu: Shouichi( I stared in shock of what Shouichi has become)
Itsuki: Owww...(Itsuki said while holding her head)
Yuuna: Senpai who is that fighting????!!!!
Fuu: It's Shouichi...
Itsuki and Yuuna: EHHHH ???!!!!
I still cannot believe what I had saw, Shouichi could transform and easily fend off this monster. The creature was losing this fight, suddenly the horns on Shouichi's head opens up to reveal two more horns hidden within each horn. Shouichi then spread both of his arms horizontally. A large Symbol then formed on the ground where he is standing at, Shouichi then straighten his right arm and bent his left arm at a 90-degree angle on the side of his waist. The symbol absorbs itself to his legs before Shouichi jumping straight to the creature. A white light formed on top of the creature before exploding. I then walked over to Shouichi.
Fuu: It's Shouichi right?
Shouichi: ......
Fuu: Say something Shouichi
Just as finished my sentence Shouichi suddenly attacked me.
Fuu: What's wrong Shouichi ???!!!
I managed to block his punch with my sword, but the strong power from the punch pushed me back to the nearby tree. Shouichi then changed his target to Itsuki. He then began to rush at Itsuki
Itsuki: Onii-chan what's wrong with you
(Itsuki said frantically while avoiding my punches)
Itsuki only could evade his attacks before Shouichi managed to land a punch on Itsuki.
Yuuna: Shouichi-san, why are you doing this???
Shouichi turned his look at Yuuna, then the horn on his head opens again but this time the giant symbol didn't appear. Shouichi looked distraught before he holds his head again. I could tell that Shouichi was feeling pain on his head before falling to the ground turning himself back to his human form.
Yuuna: Shouichi-san are you alright ???!!!
Shouichi then hugged Yuuna on her stomach out of fear.
Shouichi: Help me..... Help me please
Yuuna obviously could feel the fear that Shouichi was feeling and responded by hugging her back.
Yuuna: It's okay Shouichi-san, I'm right here, I'm right here. (Yuuna said as she stroke Shouichi's head trying to calm him down.
Shouichi could only cry in fear of what he had done before passing out.
Yuuna: Shouichi-san, wake up SHOUICHI-SANNN
