Hizashi's POV:
I watched Shota, excitedly as he listened to the music. I really hoped he liked it. "Why am I so worried about impressing Shota?" I thought. "Yeah... I like him, but..." My mind was so confused and conflicted. "I shouldn't get to excited. He will never like me, plus, I have... Hamako." Shota closed his eyes and was listening to the music. I could have sworn there was a slight smile.
Shota's POV:
It was one of those days where everyone would go off to lunch and I would sneak up to the rooftop. Hizashi would always meet me up there on those days. At first, I went up to the roof to get away from everyone, to relieve stress. To be honest though, when Hizashi started to hang out with me on the rooftop, I was more calm then ever. I liked having him around. I liked HIM. Today, however, I had waited quite a while, and he hadn't shown up yet.
I decided I would go look for him, and started walking around the school. I didn't see him anywhere, not even in the cafeteria. When I walked past out classroom, though, I heard someone humming. I looked in to see a student. On closer inspection, I realized it was Hizashi. "Hey Zashie... I was looking for you." He didn't reply, as he seemed busy writing whatever was on his desk.
I sat down at the desk next to him and watched him, curiously. "Annnnnnd, done!" A bright smile formed on his face as he looked at me. "Done with what?" He giggled a bit as he held up a CD, covered in Sharpie((permanent marker))designs. Among the designs also were the words, "Shota's Mixtape."
He handed it to me and I just looked at it, not saying a word. He started to put away his Sharpies. "Today you went to the rooftop, right? That's why you were looking for me. 'Cause I didnt show up... sorry bout that. I was working on the mixtape, as you can see." I was still quiet, just looking at the CD in my hands. "I put all your favorites songs on their, which isn't many, but I thought you would like this!"
I finally gathered my words and looked up at Hizashi. "You made this... for me?" He laughed. "Of course. You're my... bestfriend." That last word seemed to snap me back into reality. I kept wishing I wasn't his friend. I kept wishing we were MORE than friends. I carefully placed the disk in my bag and headed for the door. "T-thanks, Zashi." "Shota! You wanna hangout?!" "Maybe another time. I got alot on my mind."
Shota's POV:
I laughed a bit. The playlist reminded me of the "mixtapes" Hizashi would make me during UA. I think I still had the CD. I looked over at him and saw his excited expression. The music was good, yah, but I couldn't help but pay more attention to Hizashi. His beautiful green eyes, looking at the window. I couldn't help but smile a bit. I don't know why, but like I couldn't stop myself, I just placed my head on his shoulder.

Ok, so this was supposed to be last nights chapter, but I guess I was really tired from work all week and I ended up passed out on the floor before I got to post it😂 oops. I woke up to realize that the WHOLE chapter deleted itself. (It happens sometimes) tbh tho, this version is ALOT better. :)
