Let me tell you something first:
Being positive isn't easy but it's really worth it.
- The first thing to do is to find out what makes you feel good:
Practicing Sport, Reading, Writing, Studying, Doing Yoga, Watching TV or Series, Cleaning, Eating healthy, Singing, Drawing, Hiking, ext...
- After that you should do a list.
I know that this might seems a little stressful but it isn't just try it you won't lose anything.
- The list must include:
1- At least two of the things that make you feel good like it is mentioned above.
2- One or two things you must do (Homework, Work, Cleaning...)
3- Social time (calling friends or family)
4- Time to rest.
5- If it is possible try to add a workout three days/week (Yoga, Sport, Hiking...) it will make you feel better about yourself and your body.
6- It is also important to take care of your hygiene and skin (sunbathing, face masks, skin treatments, hot baths, nails care...)
I will show you below one of my lists for example:
Monday
- Reading for two hours (something I like to do) (I usually do it while sunbathing)
- Working out for half an hour ( something to move my body)
- Making lunch (something I like to do)
- Study for one hour and a half (something I should do)
- Clean the house (something I should do)
- Call my friends (social time)
- Watch series (time to rest)
This way you will be able to spend the day by being productive, and healthy, without being stressed. try to have a full schedule so you won't have the time to overthink and have negative thoughts.
