It's Thursday morning in Paris, the sun start to rise and Marinette's alarm clock start to ring, she wake and turn her alarm clock off and she get out of bed, so did Tikki. They both go to the bathroom.
Tikki: Marinette, what's on your mind?
Marinette: Nothing, Tikki. *She brush her teeth.*
Tikki: You have been quiet all day yesterday and I wanna know what's going on, that's all. *Marinette spit in the sink and rinse too.*
Marinette: It's nothing, really.
Tikki: Okay, is you say so. *Marinette stepped in the shower and start showering. Once she's all done, she stepped out while wearing a robe and head to her bedroom and pick out something to wear. She decided to wear a pink and white striped shirt, black pants, and white shoes. She start getting dress and do her hair, she decided to let it hang and get a white hair clip and put it in her hair.*
Marinette: All set and ready for school. Let's go, Tikki. *Tikki go in Marinette's purse, she grab her backpack and head downstairs to the kitchen.*
Sabine: Good morning, Marinette.
Marinette: Morning mom, dad.
Tom: Hope you're hungry, I made some blueberry waffles and a croissant.
Marinette: Thanks dad. *She start eating and she grab a banana and start peeling it, she broke the first end and feed it to Tikki and she take a bite too. Soon, her phone buzzed.* How was the catering yesterday?
Tom: It was fine, can't say about the Mayor and Audrey.
Sabine: They've been constantly arguing all day yesterday. Honey, we heard that Adrien is now homeschooled. Is that true?
Marinette: Yeah it is. Don't know why though.
Tom: I'm sure it had nothing to do with you.
Marinette: I hope so. *She looked at her phone and she spotted Alya sent her a message.*
🧡: Hey, girl. Guess what?
💖: What?
🧡: You know that boy Sebastien?
💖: The one in our class, yeah.
🧡: Well, he transferred out of our class.
💖: When did that happened?
🧡: Probably yesterday. It probably explained why he wasn't in our class yesterday morning.
💖: Oh. Did he say where he go to?
🧡: Some sort of class in school, not sure what it is, but it's different.
💖: Okay. See you at school.
🧡: Okay. See ya.
Marinette: Better get to school. *She grab her back pack and put it on her back.* See you later.
Sabine: Have a good day.
In the houseboat, Luka get his bike and start pedaling to school.
Luka: I have to say I'm impressed, Plagg. You didn't peep not even once to Tikki about the present.
Plagg: See, I told you I can keep a secret.
Luka: Well the week's not up yet. Think you can hold on for 2 more days?
Plagg: Yep. (Hello, marshmallow heaven!)
Outside of school, Marinette walked up the steps and entered the school courtyard, she looked around and she see Alya, she go up to her.
Alya: Hey.
Nino: Hey.
Marinette: Hey, guys. Huh, not the same without Adrien, huh?
Nino: Yeah. It sucks. But we still video chat.
Marinette: Oh, that's cool.
Alya: So... your birthday is coming up. *She poke Marinette in the stomach playfully.*
Marinette: Yeah, in 2 more days.
Nino: Wasn't Luka suppose to give you a present or... *Alya covered his mouth.*
Marinette: What?
Alya: Nothing, don't listen to what Nino has to say. (You're on thin ice, Nino.)
Marinette: Okay then? I'm gonna go. See you in class.
Alya: Okay. *Marinette walk away and Alya uncovered his mouth.* She wasn't suppose to find out about Luka's present.
Nino: Aw man, my bad. *In the hallway, Marinette walked to her locker and get her textbook for Ms. Bustier's class. Then she close the locker, but the one thing she doesn't know is that Adrien's next to her.*
Adrien: Hey. *He waved at her.*
Marinette: Aaah! *She hit him with a textbook across the nose.*
Adrien: Ow! *He covered nose as it start to bleed a little bit.*
Marinette: Adrien? What are you doing here?
Adrien: Bleeding out of my nose!
Marinette: I thought you were homeschooled.
Adrien: My father said I can go back since he provoked my homeschooling.
Marinette: Nonononono! You can't be seen by me.
Adrien: Why? What's wrong?
Marinette: Get away from me! *She start running and Adrien run after her, soon, she ran into Luka.*
Luka: Hey, I was just looking for you.
Marinette: Well thankfully you caught me.
Luka: What's wrong?
Marinette: Look. *She pointed and he sees Adrien, Adrien's looking for Marinette.*
Luka: Don't let him get to you all day, okay?
Marinette: Okay.
Luka: (If he comes near her, I'm gonna do some serious damage to him.)
