~2 hours later~
Percy's POV
I stood in my house, anxiously waiting for my father to teleport me to Olympus.
Even though I can teleport, I don't really want to risk it since I woke up yesterday...and Andy, Poseidon and Ava agree.
I'm nervous, as the last time I saw the Gods, their brain was getting eaten out.
Are they still on my side?
Or because I have cause them and their children so much harm they will hate me?
Maybe even kill me?
I need to hold my guard up, you can never know with immortals.
Andy appeared in front of me, with a soft smile on his face.
"The Gods are ready" Andy said "Are you?"
"Not really" I admitted, making his face drop into a frown of concern "I think this might be too soon, I don't really want a flashback there...especially in front of them"
Andy put his hand on my shoulder.
"I will be there" Andy said "Just let me know...okay?"
I nodded as a light surrounded as.
One second I was at home, the next in the Olympian throne room.
I immediately tensed at the sight of it, not wanting to remember my...moment with Void.
"Perseus" Zeus said, making me turn to them.
I bowed, making Zeus chuckle.
"You do not need to bow, I think we should be the ones bowing to you" Zeus said, surprising me as I came back up.
I noticed everyone, including Hestia and Hades who had their own thrones now, was staring at me, making me feel uncomfortable.
I noticed Andy standing next to his father's throne, making me nod at him, making Andy confused.
"That should not be necessary" I said formally.
"You have saved us many times" Athena said, smiling "Too many times to count"
"Thank you Lady Athena for the compliment" I said, making me frown slightly.
Did I offend her?
What did I do?
"Chaos and Order will be here shortly as they had something to attend to" Zeus said "While we wait; Perseus, I hope you are recovering well"
I nodded, noticing Apollo is on his throne, looking well as well.
"I am, thank you" I said and then looked at Apollo "Are you recovering Apollo? When I last saw you, you were fighting for your life?"
Apollo looked at me confused like Athena before nodding.
"I woke up right after everything happened" Apollo said causally "Maybe because he still had something over me, I don't know"
I nodded.
"Son"
I turned to Poseidon.
"Yes?" I asked, a little more warmth in my voice.
"Why are you so formal?" Poseidon asked, making me tilt my head with confusion.
"Aren't I meant to?" I asked, "You are the ruling power on earth after all"
"You aren't acting..." Aphrodite started "Like yourself"
"I have been through a lot" I replied, catching Hera's eye "I know you're reading my mind Hera...or trying to anyway"
"My own blessing is working against me" Hera said, chuckling "But I don't need to; don't hold back from us"
I hesitated.
Before I could reply a bright flash overcame the throne room, making everyone immediately bow.
"You guys don't need to bow, seriously brother, how do you get used to this?" I heard Order say.
I came up slowly and looked up to see both Chaos and Order in their Godly height, both looking at me.
I couldn't help but narrow my eyes at Chaos.
"Percy" Order whispered, making me turn to him.
"O-Order" I stammered, cursing myself silently.
I don't know what he is like now.
I can't show any emotion.
And it seemed Order sensed that as he sighed, both Chaos and Order sitting down at thrones behind me.
"Thank you for coming" Zeus said "It is an honour for you to come and welcome Percy back"
"He doesn't seem...comfortable" Order commented, and then realised what he said "I mean, being back in this room I mean...it isn't great for me either"
"And we won't blame you" Poseidon said, looking at me "I thought you would tell me if you felt uncomfortable?"
"It didn't seem to matter" I said rather coldly, which made everyone widen their eyes.
"Of course it matters" Hera said "Why would you think it wasn't?"
"You've gone through so many years with various demigods" I said "Why care for one?"
"Because you're not just a 'demigod'" Order said, making me turn to him "You have saved the earth AND the universe multiple times. You have gone through what no-one should ever gone through without break. You deserve peace"
I couldn't help but roll my eyes
"It doesn't work like that, you know that Order" I replied.
"I can't sense anything happening in your lifetime" Order said.
"You deserve peace" Zeus said, making me snap my head back to him "And thats why we want to offer you godhood"
I widened my eyes, immediately shaking my head as I thought of Ava.
"I cannot accept your offer" I replied quickly "I am sorry but I have a career...in the mortal world"
Zeus nodded.
"You also have Ava" Aphrodite said, smirking.
I sighed and nodded.
"I would like to spend the rest of my life with my future wife" I said, which made everyone but Poseidon freeze.
I got worried, no one moved or even breathed.
Suddenly everyone broke into smiles.
"I can say that we're all happy that you have found some one you love" Zeus said "And I understand, your job in the mortal world means so much to you. Is there anything else?"
I thought about it for a second before the perfect thing came to mind.
"Would you be able to follow through with the promises made by Luke Castallen and myself" I said, making Andy widen his eyes "Let demigods know of their heritage before they turn 12, let minor god be recognised and if its possible spend more time with your children as mortal lives are short"
Zeus seemed to looked at Chaos and Order behind me.
"We can change the law" Chaos said.
"That law was stupid anyway" Order said, making me laugh.
Everyone looked at me with surprise.
"We will do that for you Perceus" Zeus said "And thank you for coming here, I know it would have been hard"
"As soon as I don't come here when you're mad then I'm okay" I said.
It took a second for Zeus to realise it was the lightening.
He nodded.
"Meeting dismissed" Zeus said "It has been a long day for all of us"
One by one the Gods flashed off, Poseidon saying a quick goodbye, leaving Chaos, Order and I alone in the throne room.
It was awkward as I turned to them, who now were in their human forms.
"How are you going Percy?" Chaos asked.
I hesitated.
Chaos' face softened.
"It's okay, we won't harm you in anyway" Chaos said.
I sighed.
"Sorry, my guard..." I said "It's been hard...especially getting thrown into everyone straight away"
"Which I disagree with" Order said "You needed more time to recover. It took me a while to recover."
I smiled weakly, the feeling of emptiness overcoming me again.
"How have you been feeling?" Chaos asked.
I shrugged.
"Strange" I replied "Like I'm missing something"
"It might be like that for a while" Order explained "I was in your body for a while, and when I left your dark thoughts left too. And since our souls were combined, it will feel strange. I feel strange too"
"It might take a while to get used to it" Chaos said "It will be like reteaching your body to do everything again; a mortal body shouldn't be able to hold a presence like Order's without dying let alone combining souls"
I nodded.
"I a-always feel empty" I admitted "I have always been with that...dark voice my whole life and for it to disappear like that..."
"I can help you through it Percy" Order said, smiling "Ava can, we all can...you just need to let your guard down...which won't be easy"
I nodded again.
"I'll leave you two alone" Chaos said "Good luck Percy"
And Chaos left, leaving Order and I alone.
We stood there in silence, both of us not knowing what to do.
I looked to the ground before looking back into Order's eyes to see them tearing up.
Mine started to tear up as I ran to hug him.
"I miss you so much" I whispered "I was so worried for you"
"I was worried for you!" Order said "I thought you were going to die because of me...there were so many times in the hospital when your heart stopped..."
"I-I'm okay" I whimpered, looking at him.
"I'm glad you are" he whispered, as I was pulled back into a hug.
I'm finally feeling better in the first time in a while.
